James Skoufis Kicks Disabled Children Out of Public School

Because of their parents religious beliefs

July 26, 2019 — James Skoufis – a Democratic Senator from Orange County, NY – voted YES to repealing the religious exemption to vaccination. This resulted in children being kicked out of all public and private schools in New York immediately; including severely disabled children that have extensive educational programs.

Skoufis was confronted by a crowd of constituents at a town hall meeting he was hosting. “I’m here because my son cannot go to school, because Sen. Skoufis took that right away from him and scoffed at his religious beliefs,” said Patricia Gore of Chester, according to the Times Herald-Record. The same paper reported that Skoufis responded in part by saying these constituents were using “the cloak of religion” to put the greater public health at risk.

Skoufis’ statement is both offensive and ridiculous!

Throughout the entire process of lobbying to keep the religious exemption to vaccination we have faced tons of scorn for our sincere religious beliefs. The disdain Skoufis and many other elected officials in Albany have for religious people and our belief systems is despicable and unconstitutional. This is one of the issues at the crux of the recent lawsuit brought by Robert Kennedy Jr. and Michael Sussman against the repeal of the religious exemption to vaccination in New York.

In addition the CDC reports that less than 1% of students in the state of New York had a religious exemption to vaccination. Everyone admits this is a negligible amount of unvaccinated individuals. The “herd-immunity” theory requires levels of around 92% to provide protection to the greater public health. So getting rid of the religious exemption did *nothing* to increase the greater public health. Skoufis’ statement may make a great sound bite, but it is completely false.

This was never about increasing the greater public health – that is the “cloak” that the Democratic majority hides behind in Albany. This was about satisfying their Big Pharma donors and following orders from Democratic Leadership – Governor Cuomo and Senate Majority Leader Stewart-Cousins. Big Pharma got rid of the religious exemption in an attempt to get *every*child* vaccinated so society won’t see just how healthy unvaccinated children truly are compared to their vaccinated peers; they want to get rid of the control group. This is precisely why Big Pharma, the CDC, the FDA, the NIH have always rejected having a Vaxxed vs. Unvaxxed study. That is, a study where we compare the health of vaccinated children to that of unvaccinated children.

I personally know dozens of unvaccinated children, and they are the healthiest children I know. They don’t have any food allergies or autoimmune diseases. That is a big problem for Big Pharma, and they don’t want anyone to know what I, and many other well-informed citizens already know. If they can force vaccinate every child then no one can ever make the comparison anecdotally or scientifically.

It is also critical to note that there is effectively no medical exemption in New York state, as they are never granted even when doctors request them. The only medical exemptions that are readily approved are for children that are afflicted with serious autoimmune disease such as cancer, and who are on drastic treatments like chemotherapy and/or radiation. Those children *still*must* be vaccinated, but are exempt from the live-virus vaccines only. There have been parents in New York who sought medical exemptions for their children who had severe adverse reactions to vaccines. Their doctors wrote extensive letters detailing why the child must have a medical exemption to vaccination. Nevertheless they were denied. So the only measure those parents had to protect their child was to seek a religious exemption.

Now they have *no* measure to protect their child. Thanks Skoufis!

According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the latest CDC guidelines would require a child to experience anaphylactic shock 8 separate times from 8 separate vaccines before allowing a medical exemption – that is insanity! Kennedy said such guidelines can only have been written by sociopaths!

This is one of many issues that should have been discussed, debated, thought about and rectified *before* getting rid of the religious exemption to vaccination in less than 8 hours in one day on June 13, 2019. This was completely thoughtless legislation pushed by completely thoughtless lawmakers.

In a tweet from reporter Blaize Gomez, Skoufis stated that when he has children he will “get every single one of them vaccinated!”

No one is telling him not to. It is his right and his choice to do so. However he does *not* have the right to force medical procedures on every New York child. This violates the Nuremberg Code of Medical Conduct. This international code – which America is a signatory to – states that “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.” Mandating vaccines on children, then coercing parents into the procedure by not allowing their child into any school if they do not have the medical procedure, violates the Nuremberg code. Every single vaccine in existence says it has not been tested to determine whether or not the vaccine causes cancer. How can it be mandatory for parents to inject their children with medical products when we have no idea whether or not they are carcinogenic?!?
