Protest Mandatory COVID Vaccine for ALL New Yorkers

Saturday, June 13th, Albany, NY

Your only option is to fight!

From John Gilmore

We know that forced COVID-19 shots are on the agenda of the drug industry and their allies in government and media. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has already volunteered the entire population of New York as guinea pigs for whatever product gets pushed out onto the market. And Cuomo has had dictatorial power since March 3 to do whatever he thinks is needed to deal with COVID-19.

(Don’t forget Senator Brad Hoylman is a big supporter of mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for adults – we need to Vote him out on June 23rd!)

You can’t run. You can’t hide. You can’t go to another state because this is everywhere. You can’t go to another country because the vaccine industry is global. Your only option is to fight. So join us in Albany on Saturday, June 13,the first anniversary of the repeal of the religious exemption in NY.

Bar Big Pharma

8:30 meet at 1 Elk Street in Albany, NY, HQ of the New York State Bar Association,

10:30, March to the Governors Mansion with a stop at the Capitol, and Merck’s Albany HQ at 150 State Street

Even dictators like to have the law on their side. Hitler made sure that every aspect of the Holocaust was legal according to Nazi law. Cuomo is no exception. On Saturday the New York State Bar Association will be voting to accept a report that argues forced COVID 19 shots are legal and constitutional. They want to give ultimate control of your body and your children’s bodies to the state and the politicians that run it.

End the house arrest of disabled group home residents in NY

Petition to create respite facilities to support disabled adults ...

Restart day programs now

From John Gilmore

June 5, 2020 — After 10 years of Governor Andrew’s neglect of people with developmental disabilities it should come as no surprise that they are completely forgotten in his scheme to re-open New York. At the same time that Governor Cuomo is praising gatherings of tens of thousands of people in the streets, residents of group homes have been under house arrest since March 17 and family members have had no ability to visit, and currently re-opening plans include no mention of when this obscene policy hurting the disabled will be changed. All day programs were cancelled as well and remain shut down. If day camps and other group activities can resume so can programs for the developmentally disabled.

Please click  Take Action  to send and email to the Governor and your Assemblymember and State Senator telling them it is past time to end the house arrest of people who live in group homes.

And get on the phone.

Summer Camp is Open in NY but NOT for Disabled Kids

Is Cuomo opening day camps to bailout camp owner and Dem party chief Jay Jacobs?

Programs for special needs children will remain closed.

From John Gilmore

June 3, 2020 — New York’s schools are still closed. There won’t be summer school. Special needs children are not receiving home services they are entitled to, or year-round programs required by federal law, but yesterday Governor Andrew Cuomo decided to allow day camps to open this summer. Why the inconsistency?

Could it be that Cuomo is helping out his close political ally Jay Jacobs, owner of three very expensive day camps on Long Island? Jacobs owns Timber Lake Camps which runs three day camps, North Shore Day Camp, Hampton Country Day Camp and South Hampton Day Camp.  Jacobs is also the Chair of the New York State Democratic Committee, and the Chair of the Nassau County Democratic Committee, in short he is the head of Democratic Party in NY next to Cuomo.

Why don’t you ask them. If rich kids can go to day camp why can’t special needs children get the services and school programs they are entitled to?

NY Take Action Against Cuomo

Call for independent investigation of Cuomo’s COVID-19 nursing home policies.

***

From AUTISM ACTION NETWORK (AAN)

During Cuomo’s May 13th daily covid 19 press event New York Governor Andrew Cuomo claimed, “I did everything I could,” to protect residents of nursing homes, despite a major reversal on Sunday of his policy to force nursing homes to accept patients from hospitals who had covid 19 infections.  More than 5400 New York nursing home residents have died so far, and that number does not include nursing home residents who were sent to hospitals where they died. According to the Associated Press, 40% of all nursing home deaths from covid 19 in the US have been in New York which has less than 6% of the total population.

Richard Gottfried (D-Manhattan), Chair of the Assembly Health Committee, among other legislators has called for an independent investigation of Cuomo’s nursing home policies.

We support the call for an investigation, independent of Cuomo and his political allies, of New York’s response to covid 19 in nursing homes. Please click on this link  Take Action  to send a message to your State Senator and Assemblymember calling for an independent review.

IF the “take action” link doesn’t work (AAN is attacked and hacked constantly) find your reps at the following links:

Find YOUR Assemblymember here – https://assembly.state.ny.us/mem/search/

Find YOUR Senator here – https://www.nysenate.gov/registration/nojs/form/start/find-my-senator

Please email and call their offices. It is unlikely the phone will be answered but please leave a message.

And please call the offices of Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins and Speaker of the Assembly Carl Heastie. Again, you will probably have to leave a message.

Senator Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins, (518) 455-2585, (914) 423-4031

Speaker of the Assembly Carl Heastie, (518) 455-3791, (718) 654-6539

Sen Patrick Gallivan (R- Western New York)) the ranking member of the Senate Health Committee, said, “The exact number of deaths caused by COVID-19 among nursing home residents is unclear, but some reports indicate they have made up roughly one-fourth to one-fifth of the state’s total fatalities,” Gallivan said. “Equally uncertain is the number of confirmed or presumed cases of the virus among residents and staff. This is unacceptable.”

Assemblymember Ron Kim, (D-Queens) said in a statement, “Our community continues to reel from anger and disbelief at the negligence and disregard shown on this issue, and the irreparable harm done to nursing home residents in our community, throughout New York.”

Former Governor George Pataki has called for an investigation as well, characterizing Cuomo’s handling of covid 19 in nursing homes as a “disaster.”

Assemblymember Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island) has called for a federal investigation.

Another  major question that must be investigated is the refusal of the state to allow nursing homes to send patients with covid 19 symptoms to hospitals for appropriate treatment. One of the worst hit nursing homes is the Cobble Hill Care Center in Brooklyn which has had at least 55 residents die. As early as April 9 administrators pleaded with state officials to allow patients suspected of having covid 19 to go to hospitals but were denied.

Remember the only reason New Yorkers lost their right to a religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school was because Cuomo decided it was politically advantageous for him to do so. Prior to his belated, but decisive, involvement in the effort to repeal the religious exemption last June, it was clear that there were not enough votes to pass the measure in the Assembly. Cuomo cut deals and twisted arms to make it happen and it did.

If you cannot get a medical exemption from a vaccine mandate to attend school for your child, Cuomo is responsible for that as well. He allowed practices to develop that made getting an exemption exceedingly difficult, and then had the state regulations re-written last summer to allow exemptions almost exclusively in situations when a child has already had a documented near-death, anaphylactic reaction to a previous shot. The need to prevent injury was completely discarded and replaced with a policy that only allows avoiding re-injury in very limited cases.

Cuomo Loses Big in Court!

It’s Not Over, but Medical Exemption to Vaccination Strengthened in NY

April 25, 2020 — 12-year-old autistic Thorn Schwarz was kicked out of school when Cuomo forced an “emergency regulation” in August of 2019 that illegally took away a valid medical exemption to vaccination Thorn had for years. Now not only has Thorn been allowed back into school permanently, judge Dan Doyle has reached a preliminary ruling that Governor Cuomo and the New York Department of Health have “over-stepped” their authority.

That’s real good!

It means we have come much closer to getting hundreds of disabled children back into school in New York with valid medical exemptions to vaccination! The case isn’t over, but it is moving in the right direction. This is a major blow for Governor Cuomo and his Commissioner of Health Howard Zucker.

WHEC News, which is a local NBC affiliate station, has been covering this story since it broke in September of 2019. Watch and read their reporting at the following link: https://www.whec.com/news/thorn-schwartz-vaccines-medical-exemptions/5710056/

Medical Freedom Court Battle

Democrats Assault on Disabled Children is Crumbling

John Gilmore of the Autism Action Network sent out the following information today regarding this extremely important court victory:

From John Gilmore

Some good news. In a decision yesterday NY Supreme Court Judge Daniel Doyle allowed 12-year old Thorn Schwartz to retain his right to attend school by rejecting a group of motions to dismiss Thorn’s lawsuit challenging a Monroe County school’s withdrawal of his medical exemption from vaccine mandates. And, this is huge, the legal basis for the draconian new rules for medical exemptions imposed by the Cuomo administration last fall were undercut when Judge Doyle made a “preliminary finding that the state has overstepped their boundaries” according to Thorn’s attorney Patricia Finn.

Attorneys for the school and the New York State Department of Health argued that statutory language that allows a physician to issue a medical exemption if, “such immunization may be detrimental to the person’s health or is otherwise medically contraindicated,” actually means, “a child has a medical contraindication or precaution to a specific immunization consistent with ACIP guidance or other nationally recognized evidence-based standard of care.” The Judge rejected the State’s interpretation writing they, “are not entitled to dismissal of the Petitioners’ challenge to the regulation defining “may be detrimental to the child’s health”.

The suit is not over, but Thorn will retain his right to attend  school when it resumes while arguments go forward, and this decision provides a preliminary finding that Cuomo’s extreme restrictions on medical exemptions could be ultimately overturned.

Vaccine Choice Protest in Albany, NY

We Need THOUSANDS of People!

MARCH 3rd, 2020

February 16, 2020 – We’ve gotten thousands of people in Albany before to fight for our rights to Health Freedom and Vaccine Choice, and we can do it again! When I interviewed the great, brave Assemblyman from New Jersey, Jamel Holley, he was clear as day that only two things can change politics at a State Capitol:

(1) Money, and

(2) Numbers.

It’s hard to ignore thousands of people at a State Capitol. It’s not so hard to ignore hundreds of people. When Holley heard 5,000 (some say 8,000) people in Trenton screaming for their rights to Vaccine Choice it was not hard for him to stand strong and firm with all of us as a Health Freedom Fighter.

After New York lost the Religious Exemption to vaccination, Children’s Health Defense with RFK Jr. and Michael Sussman sued Governor Cuomo and New York State on constitutional grounds. The first day of the lawsuit in Albany 4,000 protesters dressed in white showed up. If we would’ve had those numbers before the Religious Exemption repeal was voted on we would still have the Religious Exemption to vaccination in New York. Do not forget, this issue is bigger than the Religious Exemption; it is bigger than our children; the issue of Health Freedom and Vaccine Choice is going to impact the residents of New York for generations to come. We are fighting for the freedom, health and legacy of untold future generations of New Yorkers.

We need at least 4,000 people in Albany on March 3rd. We need YOU in Albany on March 3rd!

Save the date: Tuesday, March 3

Come to Albany

Our kids are not for sale.

There are dozens of bills in Albany right now to take away parents’ right to know what medical procedures are done to our children, force more shots to go to school, eliminate the privacy of your medical records, expand the activities that require forced shots as a condition of participation, expand where and who can give shots to our kids.

And all of these bills have one thing in common: they all make more money for the global big four drug companies that make ALL of the shots required to attend school in New York: Merck, Pfizer, Glaxo and Sanofi. All four are serial felons having committed scores of crimes and paid more than $30 billion in fines, settlements and penalties. They are also the largest advertisers in the US. They are the largest source of political donations in the US.

The American Academy of Pediatrics, the retail clerk division of the vaccine industry, are having their lobbying day in Albany on March 3 too.

Three of the worst bills are all about selling Merck’s Gardasil shot for HPV.  Merk has paid $11 billion in fines since 2000. Including $6 billion for killing at least 60,000 people with their Vioxx product and covering up the evidence. And these are the people Albany believes. These are the companies Albany looks out for. Not you. You are a crazy parent. Not your kids. They are commodities to be bought and sold.

     March 3.  Albany. Be there.
