The Take Down of Gov Cuomo

Why Now?

March 19, 2021 — The Fed Up Democrat has been reporting on the crimes of Governor Cuomo long before it became en vogue. But the crimes we are being allowed to see in the press today are not the worst he has committed. It seems that the Me Too sexual harassment allegations first brought forward by Lindsay Boylan sparked something that no one could stop. At the same time, Cuomo’s nursing home death scandal was coming to a head and the two merged in what appears will be a successful take down of Andrew Cuomo.

But that takedown needs to be “managed,” and it is Carl Heastie who is the manager.

Heastie has recently announced his Assembly investigation into impeaching Cuomo will occur quite secretly, which reveals what is actually happening. Cuomo will be taken down, but his biggest crimes will be hidden, while the ruling oligarchy of men like Bill Gates and Eric Schmidt will ensure their agenda through Cuomo still moves forward (forced vaccination, vaccine passports, closing schools, smart city NYC, etc…)

Cuomo’s #1 worst crime is instituting policies throughout all New York hospitals and health care facilities to maximize the number of deaths attributed to COVID. Yes, everyone is aware of how this happened in nursing homes, but it also occurred in all hospitals, especially those in New York City, and especially those in Black & Brown communities.

The over-use of ventilators from March till June of 2020 for those diagnosed, or even suspected, of having COVID, caused thousands to die who did not have to. Up to 90% of everyone placed on a ventilator during that time died. And this crime is one that goes all the way up through the federal government. Just as Cuomo gave immunity to nursing home executives for all deaths of nursing home residents during the pandemic, the federal government gave blanket immunity to all hospitals for anyone who died on a ventilator. Medical Protocols Killed More New Yorkers Than COVID-19

THIS is the crime that must be covered up and protected at all cost.

THIS is the crime that could cause the entire COVID house of cards to come crashing down.

THIS is why Carl Heastie must keep a tight grip upon the investigation and impeachment of Cuomo.

The nursing home scandal brushes too close to this core crime. The Attorney General’s Office has subpoena power to investigate nursing home deaths, and as documents are obtained questions of who knew what when, and who ordered what when, are going to reveal very dangerous secrets of New York’s COVID nightmare. The game will be to take Cuomo down without taking the whole charade down. Many critical details of the nursing home scandal will not be allowed to see the full light of day because they will open the door to the larger Cuomo COVID death scandal. It is not a coincidence that the main focus of Cuomo’s crimes remains on the allegations of sexual harassment. Keeping the focus there protects the entire COVID house of cards and avoids exposing why high death toll numbers were the goal of Cuomo and his Health Commish Howard Zucker.

When Cuomo commented on his mishandling and “miscounting” of nursing home deaths one of the first things he said was that his administration never hid the TOTAL NUMBER of deaths. Of course they didn’t! THAT was the actual goal of every policy he implemented. The goal was to increase deaths, across the board, blame it on the virus and not his response to the virus, and usher in a new era of medical dystopia that we are currently in the middle of right now.

Cuomo is a favorite of the oligarchy that is trying to reshape and ‘reimagine’ New York by closing brick & mortar schools (permanently), expanding remote learning, turning NYC into a ‘smart city,’ force vaccinating the population and using ‘vaccine passports‘ as the foot-in-the-door to a biometric digital identity. But they can’t protect him from the growing sexual harassment allegations in the era of Me Too. Because of that they will stage a well-managed take down of the Governor where Cuomo will be handsomely repaid in some fashion after he exits New York’s top political office.

Forced Flu Shot Unlikely in New York for 2020

Could come back after election

September 24, 2020 — Two weeks ago NY Health Commish Howard Zucker called for mandatory flu shots in New York to attend school. John Gilmore immediately released an action alert to call Governor Cuomo and legislators to voice our strong opposition to this insane, unnecessary idea.

Shortly after this action Cuomo was asked about Zucker’s comments and the Governor played dumb; as if he had never heard of the idea before. I recently spoke with John Gilmore and he found the idea of Cuomo not knowing what Zucker said to be laughable. According to Gilmore, Cuomo is a micromanager and certainly told Zucker to make the public statement about mandatory flu shots. Basically Cuomo floated a trial balloon.

The balloon didn’t float.

We are 40 days away from the election, and all of Albany (sans Cuomo) is up for reelection. In New York mandatory flu and HPV vaccination has always been extremely unpopular. Some Albany Democrats recently released statements stating they are against mandatory flu vaccinations because they know how unpopular the idea is and don’t want to lose on November 3rd.

It appears we have dodged this bullet; for now. How quickly this one will rear its head again all depends on the election results. If the Democrats keep their super-majority in Albany, mandatory flu shots will be right back on the table very fast.

COVID Vaccination without parental consent?

September 23, 2020 — Liz Glass does an outstanding job of documenting what is all but certain to come to New York – a health regulation issued from Governor Cuomo allowing COVID vaccination of children without parental consent, especially in schools. We already know that Cuomo is vaccinating and drugging children without parental consent for HPV, HEP-B and HIV, so why stop now?

Remember when Cuomo volunteered all New Yorkers as “lab rats“? He meant kids too!

Minors must have signed parental consent to use the SBHC’s, except “NY law allows minors to consent to their own care for…testing for and treatment of STI’s (Sexually Transmitted Infections), including HIV.” From NYAVR’s John Gilmore: “Governor Cuomo put in place regulations, not laws, in 2016, that allows giving minors vaccines claimed to prevent STI’s without parental knowledge or consent.” This includes hepatitis B vaccine (at any age), Merck’s Gardasil (9 years old and up) and Truvada/PrEP for HIV (any child weighing more than 77 pounds). Are these regulations illegal? The state must think they are, because they are pushing the bill S3899a/A973a https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/bills/2019/s3899 that allows healthcare practitioners (including nurses at SBHC’s) to administer all STD vax’s to minors at age nine and up without parental knowledge or consent. NY Take Action: Cuomo considering mandatory flu shots by Executive Order

     New York State Health Commissioner Howard Zucker said on Wednesday that he is considering following the example of Massachusetts and order all daycare, pre-school, K-12, and college students to get annual flu shots. Connecticut and New Jersey are considering similar orders.

     Currently, flu shots are required to attend pre-school and daycare in New York City but nowhere else in the State. Connecticut and New Jersey require flu shots for pre-school and daycare. Massachusetts will become the first state that requires flu shots to attend K-12 school or college.  All those states allow religious exemptions.

     Zucker is the guy who Gov. Cuomo claims said it was OK to put people with Covid-19 into nursing homes while disregarding all the federal guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection, and now they both refuse to say how many nursing home residents died as the result of their folly. These are the guys who said we had to temporarily shut down to “flatten the curve” so hospitals would not be overwhelmed with Covid-19 cases. That was 180 days ago, hospitals have single digit numbers of Covid-19 cases, and we are still substantially shut down.

     The ostensible reason Zucker cited for this new forced vaccination campaign was his concern that unless minors get flu shots now the demand for flu tests later will somehow interfere with Covid-19 testing.  They are willing to continue to erode parental rights to make medical decisions our children and compel a medical procedure of questionable safety and efficacy simply to avoid the possibility of busy labs.

     Normally adding a new vaccine mandate would require passing laws in the Assembly and Senate followed by approval by the Governor. Just like with any law. But since the legislature gave dictatorial control of the State to Cuomo last March 3, before they crept off to hide, the Governor can order forced flu shots with a decree.

     A US Department of Defense Study released earlier this year, the only study done so far on the topic, found that the flu shot INCREASES the risks from coronavirus by 36%. “Receiving influenza vaccination may increase the risk of other respiratory viruses, a phenomenon known as “virus interference…’vaccine derived’ virus interference was significantly associated with coronavirus…” Again, this is not about public health, this is about money and power.

     Glaxo, Sanofi, CSL and Astra Zeneca make all the flu shots sold in the US, with approximately 6,000,000 children in New York between 6 months and 18 years, and college students, and the federal Vaccines for Children program selling flu vaccines at around $13.50 per dose, the New York flu shot market for young people is worth about $81 million per year, not including the administration fees charge by pediatricians and other flu shot retailers.

       According to multi-decade studies of flu shot efficacy by the prestigious Cochrane Collaboration, inactivated flu vaccines (flu shots) in children age 3-16 reduce the risk of influenza in children from 30% to 11% on average. In some years, like 2017, flu shots have no measurable efficacy at all, even in the best-case scenarios devised by the flu shot manufacturers. There is insufficient data according to the Cochrane Collaboration to even say what affect flu shots have on children under 2, yet they would be required to get the shots.

      Some flu shots in the US (approximately 20%) are still made using thimerosal, an obsolete preservative based on toxic mercury, that is banned in most of the world, but not the US. In 2008, New York banned the use of thimerosal in shots given to pregnant women and children under three, but the Cuomo administration has illegally suspended the law for past several years misusing language in the bill that allows the state to suspend the law if there is a declared shortage of mercury-free flu shots. There has never been a declared shortage, but  Zucker suspends the law anyway. An internal CDC study showed 700% more autism among children who received thimerosal-containing vaccines in infancy.  And studies have shown 20% higher autism rates among children whose mothers received pre-natal flu shots in the first trimester.

September 4, 2020 — In Schenectady, NY the school district announced grades 7 through 12 will be taught all remote via the internet. Is this because they are scared of COVID? Safety concerns?

No – they have no money because of Cuomo.

Just two weeks before the start of school in New York Cuomo announced a 20% budget cut to all school districts. The timing was disgusting on the part of the Governor, and it was no accident. It was by design. Cuomo is hoping budget cuts will force more school districts to go full remote and further along the agenda of Bill Gates “reimagine education” at a distance. Remember what Cuomo said back in May?

“The old model of everybody goes and sits in the classroom, and the teacher is in front of that classroom and teaches that class, and you do that all across the city, all across the state, all these buildings, all these physical classrooms — why, with all the technology you have?”  (Washington Post, May 6, 2020)

This is the real agenda behind so much remote learning happening in New York (and across the country and globe) right now. It is the real agenda behind Cuomo cutting school budgets, at the very last minute with no notice, when the schools need more money, not less, and everyone knows this. It has very little to do with COVID and safety. It is about money, destroying teacher unions, and dumbing down our children.

WEAR A MASK – Unless you’re the KING

August 31, 2020 — A photo popped up on Twitter this evening of Dictator Cuomo walking a dog on the street (of what is likely Albany, NY) wearing no mask.

I don’t wear masks when I am outside.

However, I also don’t send tweets every single day telling everyone to wear a mask otherwise they are horrible human beings. I also don’t hold press conferences every single day demanding everyone wear a mask otherwise they are going to kill all who they come in contact with.

The elite don’t live by the rules they force upon us.

The elite don’t wear masks unless it is to virtue signal for a photo op.

Most of the elites don’t vaccinate themselves or their children, and they will not be taking the coming experimental COVID vaccine.

Instead what the elite do is volunteer the common folk to be lab rats in Big Pharma’s science experiments. They force the common folk to wear masks to buy bread, to go to work, and now they are trying to force this even inside our own homes. They force the common folk to quarantine and lockdown their communities, suffocating small businesses while ensuring the wealth of billionaires is well protected and continues to increase.

Andrew Cuomo is the biggest single threat to the common folk of New York state.

Of interest: Anne McCloy, reporter for CBS6 in Albany, says the Governor has not called on her to ask him a question during his pressers since June. I wonder what he is afraid of?
