A nightmare scenario for the ruling elites began at two separate demonstrations in New York that brought together MAGA and BLM to oppose the move toward a medical police state.

On Friday a march and demonstration were held in Rochester, NY that brought together Black Lives Matter supporters and Trump voters in opposition to forced Covid-19 shots.

Yesterday in Manhattan, Black Lives Matter supporters and Trump voters gathered together to protest outside the W. 92nd Street home of New York Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal (D-Upper Westside) who recently introduced Assembly Bill A11179, a bill that would give the Governor of New York the power to order force anybody and everybody to get Covid-19 shots if he believes that voluntary measures are not delivering “sufficient immunity”. Rosenthal appears to be unaware that the manufacturers of the current group of Coivd-19 vaccines and the federal government do not claim the shots will even provide immunity.

One of the oldest strategies of ruling elites throughout time is “divide and conquer.” Exploit the possible differences within those who are ruled to set them against each other, and leave the elites alone. We have seen that in abundance since the arrival of Covid-19.

On January 13 beginning at 11 am, a demonstration will be held at the global headquarters of Pfizer, the world’s largest drug company, at 235 E. 42^nd Street in Manhattan to protest forced Covid-19 shots. Can EUA Vaccines Be Forced on the Public?

NY Assemblyman Dick Gottfried Says YES!

December 11, 2020 — Any medical product granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) is prohibited from being mandated on any American. However Attorney Dorit Reiss and Assemblyman Dick Gottfried (among others) have submitted a legal analysis saying this should not hold true for the COVID vaccine.

This is laying the groundwork for forced COVID vaccination in New York!

Many of my readers will remember Dick Gottfried is the chair of the Health Committee in Albany, NY. He was the man who voted YES to repealing the Religious Exemption to vaccination in committee vote, but then voted NO on the floor vote.

Why did he do this?

To ensure the bill passed. If he would have voted NO in committee, the bill would have died and never made it to the floor vote. Instead of voting his conscience, he sold out the religious and health freedom of millions of New Yorkers.

Mandating Vaccines under an EUA

Under section 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of the Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act the Secretary of Health and Human Services, when providing an Emergency Use Authorization, needs to address whether mandates are permissible. Specifically, under “Required Conditions”, the act requires the Secretary

“to the extent practicable given the applicable circumstances described in subsection (b)(1), …. establish such
conditions on an authorization under this section as the Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to protect the
public health, including the following:

(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed
—

(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing
administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and
risks.”

While the FDA has in the past interpreted this language to prohibit mandates, we believe the language allows the Secretary discretion on whether the EUA would allow private business to mandate vaccines. We also believe that the question is an important and tricky policy question, and that the secretary should consider it. We believe VRBPAC, as an expert committee advising on an EUA, should consider and recommend on this. We hope the committee will consider, at the least, the following points in its consideration.

On one hand, it is ethically problematic to mandate a vaccine for which there is limited data, limited supply and access, and for which the full risks/benefits profile is not yet known. There may be as yet unknown risks or effectiveness limits, and workers should have a choice whether to take those risks. There are also concerns about the harms to trust, and increase in resistance, that a mandate may cause.

On the other hand, private business have suffered economic harms through the pandemic, and in some cases (for example, meat plants and nursing homes) were centers of outbreaks. Private businesses may desire to require vaccines to protect employees, consumers, and the public, and to protect their economic viability by messaging to customers and employees that they are acting for safety. If an EUA does not allow it, they do not have a choice.

These are not the only considerations, but they are some of the issues that should be on the table, and at the least, the issue should be given serious examination.

Despite numerous polls showing that a majority of Americans and New Yorkers do not want to get a Covid-19 vaccine, and governors in Texas, Tennessee and Florida declaring that Covid-19 shots will be voluntary, New York Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal (D- Upper Westside) introduced Assembly Bill A11179 on Friday that would allow unspecified “public health officials” to decide if all New York residents should be forced to get Covid-19 vaccines. As of yet, the bill has no co-sponsors in the Assembly, or an identical “Same As” bill in the State Senate. To our knowledge, this is the first bill introduced in the United States that would mandate Covid-19 vaccines. Vague language is included that may allow for medical exemptions. No other exemptions would be allowed.

If passed, this bill would also create the first universal vaccine mandate for the entire population of a state, a long-sought after marketing goal of the vaccine industry. Rosenthal’s bill would also ask her colleagues in the legislature to agree to an unprecedented surrender of decision-making power to “public health officials” over how and when a vaccine becomes compulsory, and does not even specify if those are local or state officials.

The “public health officials” could make this decision if following the launch of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s Covid-19 vaccine distribution program the “residents of the state are not developing sufficient immunity from Covid-19.” But what is sufficient immunity? Who are these “public health officials” who make this decision for 20 million New Yorkers?

Rosenthal appears to be unaware of basic fact about Covid-19 vaccines. The bill assumes that the Covid-19 vaccine will provide immunity even though the manufacturers of the current leading Covid-19 vaccine contenders do not claim they will create immunity. Even Anthony Fauci has said that the vaccines will at best avoid symptoms, not create immunity or stop the transmission of the disease.

“Importantly, the initial COVID-19 vaccines will prevent symptoms in those who become infected with the coronavirus rather than kill the virus itself, Anthony Fauci, MD, director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said during the Yahoo Finance All Markets Summit on Monday.

‘The primary thing you want to do is that if people get infected, prevent them from getting sick, and if you prevent them from getting sick, you will ultimately prevent them from getting seriously ill,’ he said.”

So the logic behind Rosenthal’s bill is that if the vaccine does not provide “sufficient immunity,” even though no one even claims that it will provide any immunity, and we have no idea what “sufficient immunity” means, then the appropriate response is force everyone in the state to get the shot whether they want to or not. Which would accomplish what? Whatever happened to, “My body, My choice”?

Rosenthal completely ignores the extreme haste (Warp Speed) in developing the current batch of Covid-19 vaccines. The fact that animal trials were skipped. We have no idea how safe the vaccines are. There are completely new technologies used in the vaccines such as novel adjuvants and messenger RNA methods. We have no idea how these shots could potentially affect people’s reproductive capability. They do not produce immunity. We don’t even know if they will reduce disease more than doing nothing. Yet we are in a manufactured hysteria rush to force everyone to undergo an experimental medical procedure which is fool hardy beyond belief, and a gross violation of the Nuremberg Code that prohibits forced participation in medical experiments.

Rosenthal is not known to have any children herself, but she is enthusiastic about demanding that parents comply with her nostrums about vaccines. She was a co-sponsor of the bill that repealed the religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school, and she is also a co-sponsor of a bill (A973A) that would allow 9-year-olds to get HPV vaccines without parental consent. She is, however, a powerful advocate for cats, having authored 15 bills relating to cats in the current session alone!

Rosenthal is notorious for refusing to meet with constituents on vaccine issues. No representative of the Autism Action Network, or any constituent that we know of, and there have been dozens who have attempted over the years, have been successful in obtaining a face-to-face meeting with Rosenthal.

COVID Vaccine Manufacturers Are Exempt From Liability

Parents Put Gigantic Sign Over Expressway in Queens, NY

November 29, 2020 — Parents and activists placed a gigantic sign over the Long Island Expressway in Queens, NY that read COVID VACCINE MANUFACTURERS ARE EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY. They also had hand held signs and flyers they gave to people on the street and in cars.

In less than 1 hour, Department of Transportation Security showed up stating the sign needed to be pulled down. There are plenty of other signs that have been up on overpasses throughout Queens for weeks and months, however this one was immediately noticed and required to be pulled down in less than one hour.

Why?

The truth is this sign is hardly controversial; it just states a plane fact.

All of the leading COVID vaccines have been granted immunity through the federal countermeasure classification system and the invoking of the PREP Act. You can read about that HERE

Police came as well saying there were “complaints.” Overall they were respectful and understanding but were “just doing their job.”

Pfizer and Media Lie About COVID Vaccine

November 14, 2020 — Pfizer’s announcement that their COVID vaccine is “90% effective” only applies to .2% of the participants in their phase 3 trial.

Out of over 43,500 people in the phase 3 trial, it is only in 94 of those people that Pfizer claims 90% effectiveness at reducing symptoms of COVID-19. It’s important to note that this 90% effective claim has nothing to do with transmissibility. Pfizer’s study design does not answer the question of whether or not their vaccine prevents transmissibility of the SARS CoV-2 virus that is believed to be the primary cause of the disease called COVID-19.

This is where the distinction between the disease of COVID-19 and the virus SARS CoV-2 becomes crucial, as Big Pharma is blurring that distinction. It’s a big difference between stopping a virus from being transmitted and lessening the symptoms of those who contract the virus. This is just one of many slight-of-hands that Pfizer is attempting to pull on the public.

It should be no surprise to anyone that Pfizer would lie and mislead the media and the public. They are a drug company that has been found guilty of fraud and other crimes, including with their drugs Celebrex and Bextra where they concealed safety risks of those drugs. To believe Pfizer about how safe their products are is equivalent to believing Jefferey Dahmer’s account of what a fantastic babysitter he would make for your family.

Fed Up Democrat Endorses Jo Jorgensen for President

A Vote for Jorgensen is a vote AGAINST Forced Vaccination

October 27, 2020 — If you are in a swing state, perhaps you will want to ignore this endorsement.

For everyone in New York and other non-swing states I enthusiastically endorse Libertarian Party Candidate Jo Jorgensen for President of the United States. I wanted to endorse the Green Party’s Howie Hawkins, who has a decent position when it comes to the coming COVID vaccine. However it is nowhere near as clear and simple as Jorgensen’s position.

There is no single issue more important in America today than forced vaccination mandates. Trump is warp speeding over 100 COVID vaccines that could prove extremely dangerous with plans to use the military to deploy one of those vaccines. Biden is saying one of Trump’s as-of-yet-non-existent COVID vaccines should be mandatory.

Both these positions are just bonkers to me!

Jo Jorgensen is plain and simple when it comes to vaccination: we all have different positions and perspectives on health and vaccination, so let each individual decide for themselves. I do not agree with every position Jorgensen or the Libertarian Party holds, but in 2020 that is irrelevant. The “TOO BIG TO FAIL” COVID vaccine is too big of a threat. Jorgensen has been very intelligently making sure to discuss her position on vaccination loud and clear every chance she gets.

When John Gilmore of Autism Action Network released an action alert recently to email every Presidential candidate asking them to oppose mandatory COVID vaccination, I completed that action. Only one campaign emailed me back, and that was Jorgensen’s campaign. Recently Jorgensen was interviewed by Bret Weinstein on his DARK HORSE podcast; she made sure to state her clear stance against vaccine mandates within the first 5 minutes of the interview.

If you vote for Jorgensen, you are sending a clear message that you are against forced medical procedures and fully support health freedom. For years the goal of the Libertarian (and Green) party has been to get 5% of the national presidential vote. If they get that they become eligible for federal funds which will greatly increase their reach and exposure in the American body politic. If this goal is finally reached this year it will be clear that Jorgensen’s bold position against vaccination mandates played a major role in that victory.
