Vaccine Rights Voter Guide for the New York State Senate, Assembly and US House of Representatives Elections 2020

Get out and vote! If 10,000 votes in 2018 in a state of 19,000,000 people had been different we would have had enough votes in the State Senate to stop the religious exemption and our kids would still have a right to an education. Your vote matters!

These are our endorsements for candidates running in 2020 New York elections for the New York State Senate and Assembly, and Representatives for the US House of Representatives.

We selected these candidates based on previous votes on important bills, and expressions of support for parental rights and medical freedom.

We only considered candidates who have either the Democratic or Republican line on the ballot, , with one exception which is Elizabeth Glass who is running as a write-in candiate in the 27th Senate District in Manhattan against incumbent Brad Hoylman. In many districts one of the main parties did not put forward a candidate.

Laurie Garrett Misinforms America on “Herd Immunity”

October 28, 2020, Seaside, Ca. – MSNBC is a major, mainstream news outlet which has taken a decidedly biased attitude towards Democrats and against Republicans, especially regarding the upcoming November election. That said, it has a duty to faithfully report facts on the coronavirus pandemic to its viewers, especially in a segment complaining about “misinformation.” But having Laurie Garrett as their spokesperson, does not accomplish this goal.

In a short, 9 min segment, where she was tasked with “debunking” Trump’s seeming embrace of the Great Barrington Declaration, penned on October 4th by 3 distinguished epidemiologists and medical experts. Instead, she needs to be debunked herself.

First, she fails to properly identify what “herd immunity” is. She calls it a “policy” when in reality, herd immunity is a fact. Virtually every viral epidemic in the history of the world has ended when a varying percentage of the at risk population contracts & recovers from the illness, usually imparting lifelong immunity in the individual. This is clearly true for chickenpox, the measles, mumps, and probably for unique strains of influenza. Coined in 1933 by A.W. Hedrich, an epidemiologist from Johns Hopkins University, he observed that when 68% of the population had contracted the measles, a protective level, which he dubbed “herd immunity” was reached. That tended to signal the end of the epidemic.

Then Garrett claims, without any source whatsover , that “80% – 90% infection”is needed to reach herd immunity and that NYC only has 21% of its population who have developed antibodies to COVID19. Garrett is just making these numbers up. Look at what we do know: The Diamond Princess had 19% of those aboard infected. NYC has had 27% infected & the epidemic is basically over there. (Garret’s claim of “21%” is the number reported in April which she didn’t bother to update for MSNBC).

Then,she attacks scientists with a lot more lofty credentials than her own 4-yr B.S. degree (including all 3 of the authors of the Great Barrington Declaration) when scientists such as Dr. Mike Yeadon, formerly of Pfizer, claim that herd immunity for COVID19 is likely 25%.

Four or five major papers have come out recently which show that cross-immunity from 4 other circulating coronaviruses, which cause the common cold, along with the seemingly widespread resistance children have to infection, illness AND transmission, combined with the number who have already recovered from coronavirus, and hence, are now likely immune, herd immunity will NOT result in “an enormous death toll.” In fact, it makes a second wave unlikely as well.

Garret falsely claims the Great Barrington Declaration “was funded by Koch Industries.” While Koch DID fund a PR firm called “Emergent Order” which has worked with the American Institute for Economic Research in the past, the CEO has gone on record that their company did NOT fund the Great Barrington Declaration. But is Garrett concerned that a Koch-industry aligned group funded the UK Imperial Model by Neil Ferguson, that was 500% wrong? Her outrage appears very selective.

Fed Up Democrat Endorses Jo Jorgensen for President

A Vote for Jorgensen is a vote AGAINST Forced Vaccination

October 27, 2020 — If you are in a swing state, perhaps you will want to ignore this endorsement.

For everyone in New York and other non-swing states I enthusiastically endorse Libertarian Party Candidate Jo Jorgensen for President of the United States. I wanted to endorse the Green Party’s Howie Hawkins, who has a decent position when it comes to the coming COVID vaccine. However it is nowhere near as clear and simple as Jorgensen’s position.

There is no single issue more important in America today than forced vaccination mandates. Trump is warp speeding over 100 COVID vaccines that could prove extremely dangerous with plans to use the military to deploy one of those vaccines. Biden is saying one of Trump’s as-of-yet-non-existent COVID vaccines should be mandatory.

Both these positions are just bonkers to me!

Jo Jorgensen is plain and simple when it comes to vaccination: we all have different positions and perspectives on health and vaccination, so let each individual decide for themselves. I do not agree with every position Jorgensen or the Libertarian Party holds, but in 2020 that is irrelevant. The “TOO BIG TO FAIL” COVID vaccine is too big of a threat. Jorgensen has been very intelligently making sure to discuss her position on vaccination loud and clear every chance she gets.

When John Gilmore of Autism Action Network released an action alert recently to email every Presidential candidate asking them to oppose mandatory COVID vaccination, I completed that action. Only one campaign emailed me back, and that was Jorgensen’s campaign. Recently Jorgensen was interviewed by Bret Weinstein on his DARK HORSE podcast; she made sure to state her clear stance against vaccine mandates within the first 5 minutes of the interview.

If you vote for Jorgensen, you are sending a clear message that you are against forced medical procedures and fully support health freedom. For years the goal of the Libertarian (and Green) party has been to get 5% of the national presidential vote. If they get that they become eligible for federal funds which will greatly increase their reach and exposure in the American body politic. If this goal is finally reached this year it will be clear that Jorgensen’s bold position against vaccination mandates played a major role in that victory.

A Few NY Election 2020 Updates

October 25, 2020 — I have been given two updates on local elections in New York I wish to share with everyone. If time allowed I would go in-depth on this, but I just can’t. So here it is short and sweet:

(1) Rob Bennet is currently running for Assembly in the 11th District in Long Island, NY. He is running against Kimberly Jean Pierre, who voted to repeal the Religious Exemption to vaccination and will support more draconian vaccination laws – including forced COVID vaccination. VOTE HER OUT! VOTE FOR ROB BENNET!

(2) In my ELECTION 2020 post which came from John Gilmore of Autism Action Network, we praised Harry Bronson because he voted to keep the Religious Exemption to Vaccination. However constituents of his have reached out to me and Rita Palma urging us to support PETER VASQUEZ. These constituents say that Bronson got the Religious Exemption correct, but is not poised to vote in favor of health freedom regarding other vaccine mandates. If you are looking at this election I urge you to do further research and I tend to believe that PETER VASQUEZ is likely the real Health Freedom candidate. Unfortunately I have no time to research this and confirm.

NY Take Action – Is genetic information being harvested from school required Covid-19 tests?

Did New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and United Federation of Teachers (UFT) union boss Michael Mulgrew agree to allow the harvesting of DNA and genetic data from students and teachers forced to get Covid-19 tests? NY Teachers for Choice, an organization of public school teachers, is still trying to get that question answered after weeks of effort. And what is happening with the swabs in the rest of the state?

Mayor de Blasio and Miller made submitting to monthly Covid-19 tests for teachers a condition of returning to in-person teaching in New York City. At the present, testing IS NOT mandatory for students, but a major effort is underway to obtain consent from parents to test their children. And school districts across the state are deploying a patchwork of testing requirements.

Samples in New York City are tested exclusively by Fulgent Genetics, a company whose primary business is selling data from their proprietary database of genetic information. So far silence from the Mayor and the UFT.

Using Vaccines To Own People?

October 6, 2020 — Vaccinations that alter human DNA could be used to “patent” human DNA and “own it.” Additionally the idea of injecting microchips into a human being is now an outdated, old technological idea. The latest technology is to inject hydrogel into a human that contains “nanobots” which could do everything a microchip can do, and much more. The hydrogel could then be remotely triggered by a sound or a light signal to produce drugs, vaccines, or even an illness all from within the human body itself. Our biology could be programable remotely.

Does that sound crazy?

According to Dr. Carrie Madej and Dr. Andrew Kaufman all of this technology is currently being tested in laboratories across the world.

“Whether or not you believe this can work, they believe it can work,” says Dr. Madej.

According to Dr. Andrew Kaufman it is not difficult to find information on these technologies, as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has been discussing their work in these areas publicly.

Once hydrogels and/or nanobots are introduced into a human being, there is no evidence that these materials can be removed from the body; they may be permanent and self-replicating. Will hydrogels and/or nanobots be in the coming COVID vaccine? Do you trust Big Pharma to be honest about what is and what is not inside of the coming COVID vaccine?

Dr. Kaufman said he is often asked if their is a protocol that could detox or mitigate the effects of the coming COVID vaccine after someone is injected with it. Kaufman states there is certainly no protocol to mitigate hydrogel.

“This one is a game changer…and it’s on a level I just never thought I would see in my lifetime… Very quickly you lose all your autonomy and freedom,” says Dr. Madej. If you connect all of the dots, these new technologies connect into China’s desire to create a “new citizen,” one that exists not for the benefit of self, but solely for the benefit of the state.
