November 28, 2020 — In Washington D.C. the city council passed a bill that would allow children as young as 11 to be vaccinated without parental knowledge or consent. Once the medical procedure happens, the insurance companies would have their records altered so that the parents would never know their child received the vaccine! The bill was admittedly brought forward in anticipation of the coming COVID vaccine.

The bill is titled The Minor Consent For Vaccination Amendment Act of 2020, bill #23-171. It has passed the city council. Once it gets passed the mayor it needs to be approved by the House of Representatives. I have just been updated on a conference call of national leaders mobilizing to stop this bill the first week of December! Stay tuned to this blog for a coming Action Alert to contact your congress person to stop this horrendous attack on parental rights and children’s bodies.

One of the many dangers of this insane bill is that children may end up being vaccinated multiple times unnecessarily with the same vaccine since parents (and possibly even doctors) will have no way of knowing the child previously received the vaccine. Multiple unnecessary vaccinations can be extremely dangerous to the health and well-being of a child, according to Board Certified Pediatrician Dr. Larry Palevsky.

The District of Columbia is a predominantly Black community. It has become common across the country that children in Black and Brown neighborhoods are targeted for vaccination without parental knowledge or consent. The Fed Up Democrat has previously reported this occurring in the Bronx as well as all throughout New York State with vaccines (and drugs) alleged to prevent the sexually transmitted diseases of HEP-B, HPV and HIV.

I spoke to Dr. Palevsky about this frightening new law to get an expert opinion and perspective.

Question – What do you want parents to know about this frightening bill?

Dr. Palevsky – This may only be impacting D.C. right now, but it’s coming to a theater near you. There’s nothing stopping them. I just got an email today that the bill passed twice in the city council and has made its way to the mayor. The ship may have already sailed.

Q – Do you think this type of attack on parental rights will be confined to communities of color?

Dr. P – No.

Q – What vaccines does this bill apply to?

Dr. P – The bill applies to all vaccines that are approved and recommended by ACIP (which includes the entire CDC recommended childhood vaccination schedule, and will soon include the COVID vaccine).

Q – The bill states it will apply to any child 11 years of age or older who “meets the informed consent standard.” What standard are they referring to?

Dr. P – Obviously such a standard will be decided by the people who are trying to get kids vaccinated.

Q – How will these ‘secret vaccinations’ in children be documented?

Dr. P – It seems as though the parent’s insurance company will pay for it but they won’t receive notice from the insurance company that the vaccine was given. When the doctor contacts the insurance company, they merely need to state that the vaccine was administered under The Minor Consent for Vaccination Act and that prompts the insurance company to take it off of the EOB (Explanation of Benefits). The bill mentions that the doctor would inform the child’s school but it doesn’t say where the child is going to be vaccinated. Obviously the doctor would have increased access to the child if the vaccines are administered at school.

[There are seven School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) in the District of Columbia that DC Health oversees. A SBHC can serve as a student’s primary health care provider or supplement the services they would normally receive. This is one point of access to DC children where it could be quite easy to isolate a child away from their parent. In 2019 when Roxsanna Gautreax’s 11 year old son went to the school nurse for a scraped knee in the Bronx, NY, he left with an HPV vaccine injected into him without parental consent. A similar school-based health care model already exists in Washington D.C. – Fed Up Dem]

Q – In New York we have a health regulation from Governor Cuomo allowing vaccination without parental consent for STDs (HPV and HEP B), but I don’t believe they scrub the insurance records in NY the way D.C. is proposing.

Dr. P – I don’t know that it’s in NY. But certainly the one in DC appears as if they’re taking several steps to keep the parent from knowing about the vaccine. One of my concerns is that the child would go home and tell the parent that a vaccine was given and when the parent approaches the physician, the doctor can say I don’t have record of it. Then the child is left to appear as if he or she is lying. One of the questions I raise is how will the physician get the child alone? It appears this would happen in a clinic or a physician’s office. That would mean that the parent would be asked to leave. There is no clear explanation as to how the child would be isolated away from the parent.

Q – You administered vaccines as a pediatrician for years. Then when the HEP-B vaccine was added to the childhood schedule you started asking questions. Why?

Dr. P – My statement in 1991 against administering the HEP-B vaccine to children was not about vaccines; it was about the specific policy of the HEP-B vaccine and children: as seems to be the case with the COVID vaccine and children, giving the HEP-B vaccine to children never made medical sense. The HEP-B vaccine recommendation for children was the first time vaccines were administered to a population that wasn’t at risk for that disease. The COVID vaccine seems to be a second wave of vaccination of a population that is minimally – if at all – effected by the illness. In 1991 my concern was simply a matter of Good Medicine vs. Bad Medicine. Giving the HEP-B vaccine to children is simply bad medicine.

Q – Have you ever witnessed an adverse reaction to a vaccine in a child you vaccinated?

Dr. P – In 1998 I had a toddler in my arms who I was seeing in a clinic associated with Lenox Hill Hospital. That toddler received a series of vaccines. He came back the next day with a high fever and swollen lymph nodes throughout his entire body – his neck, arm pits and groin. I had never seen that before; nor was I aware that something like that could happen. This was at the same time that parents brought to my attention that there was mercury in most of the vaccines given to children. This toddler was very sick. The idea that a child would have an adverse reaction to vaccines was not something that was ever in my thinking or teaching at NYU medical school. I was pretty certain based on the timing that this child had a direct adverse reaction to the vaccines administered the day before. And being that it was in the same time frame that I was starting to learn that vaccines had mercury in them I took a step back and said ok, maybe I need to investigate this further. And I did.

Using Vaccines To Own People?

October 6, 2020 — Vaccinations that alter human DNA could be used to “patent” human DNA and “own it.” Additionally the idea of injecting microchips into a human being is now an outdated, old technological idea. The latest technology is to inject hydrogel into a human that contains “nanobots” which could do everything a microchip can do, and much more. The hydrogel could then be remotely triggered by a sound or a light signal to produce drugs, vaccines, or even an illness all from within the human body itself. Our biology could be programable remotely.

Does that sound crazy?

According to Dr. Carrie Madej and Dr. Andrew Kaufman all of this technology is currently being tested in laboratories across the world.

“Whether or not you believe this can work, they believe it can work,” says Dr. Madej.

According to Dr. Andrew Kaufman it is not difficult to find information on these technologies, as the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has been discussing their work in these areas publicly.

Once hydrogels and/or nanobots are introduced into a human being, there is no evidence that these materials can be removed from the body; they may be permanent and self-replicating. Will hydrogels and/or nanobots be in the coming COVID vaccine? Do you trust Big Pharma to be honest about what is and what is not inside of the coming COVID vaccine?

Dr. Kaufman said he is often asked if their is a protocol that could detox or mitigate the effects of the coming COVID vaccine after someone is injected with it. Kaufman states there is certainly no protocol to mitigate hydrogel.

“This one is a game changer…and it’s on a level I just never thought I would see in my lifetime… Very quickly you lose all your autonomy and freedom,” says Dr. Madej. If you connect all of the dots, these new technologies connect into China’s desire to create a “new citizen,” one that exists not for the benefit of self, but solely for the benefit of the state.

On July 14th, Lauren Pehlivanian, a “youth reporter” for City Limits, contacted me requesting an interview regarding the coming COVID vaccine. I said no to the interview but agreed to answer any-and-all questions via email.

The City Limits report was published here and I am quoted once.

I do not agree with the overall tone of the City Limits piece. It relies heavily on vaccine proponents and gives very little of the skeptical perspective or the science that supports skepticism. It also heavily quotes Big Pharma’s favorite puppet in Albany, Brad Hoylman; the man who never met a vaccine he didn’t love.   • To start, can you share your personal reasons for supporting the platform of Medical Freedom? 

In 1986 an Act was signed into law by Ronald Reagan that gave full immunity to vaccine manufacturers if their products injured or killed children injected with them. That law created a fund to pay parents of injured children. Since that time over $4 billion has been paid out due to vaccine injury. This raised red flags for me and compelled me to do my own research.

  • Even though you oppose mandated vaccinations, would you still choose to vaccinate yourself and your family? Why or why not? 

Possibly. I was vaccinated as a child. Each vaccine needs to be taken individually on its own merits. What are the risks? What are the benefits?

  • Do you believe vaccines are beneficial for public health? Why or why not?

Some vaccines might have public health benefits, but not all of them. When I was a child I received 3 different vaccines and maybe 12 total doses by the time I was 18. Today children are given 16 different vaccines and over 70 doses of them. Never has a major scientific study been published to analyze the cumulative health impact of such a large number of vaccines. Today over 50% of children have a chronic health condition, and no science has been done to conclude whether vaccines contribute to those conditions. Again, what is the benefit we are getting from so many vaccines compared with the risk?

  • When a COVID-19 vaccine becomes available, would you take it? 

No. The top vaccinologists in the country have all come out with extreme warnings about the “warp speed” coronavirus vaccine project, including Dr. Peter Hotez, Dr. Paul Offit and Dr. Ian Frasier. All of these doctors have invented vaccines and are the strongest supporters of vaccination on the planet. ALL OF THEM give severe warnings about a potential coronavirus vaccine.   • What are your thoughts on the proposed mandatory COVID-19 vaccine?

It’s insanity. No vaccine even exists yet, under the PREP ACT the Trump administration has already indemnified 3 of the experimental vaccines – meaning if you get maimed or die no one can sue – the virus has a very low mortality rate, death rates from COVID across the country right now are PLUNGING – there is no need to make this as-of-yet-non-existent, experimental vaccine mandatory. Such a mandate would be in direct opposition to the Nuremberg Code written by American lawyers after World War 2 in response to Nazi experimentation on unwitting subjects. Politicians need to stay out of my relationship with my doctor. There are way too many conflicts of interest. Every state in the union should have medical, personal and religious exemptions to vaccination.

April 22, 2020 — A major hacking has just occurred in an attempt to uncover information surrounding how the novel coronavirus came to be released on the world population. Targeted organizations included The National Institute of Health (NIH) the Center for Disease Control (CDC) The World Bank, The World Health Organization (WHO), the Gates Foundation and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Washington Post reported precisely who got targeted and to what degree:

The report by SITE, based in Bethesda, Md., said the largest group of alleged emails and passwords was from the NIH, with 9,938 found on lists posted online. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had the second-highest number, with 6,857. The World Bank had 5,120. The list of WHO addresses and passwords totaled 2,732.

Smaller numbers of entries were listed for the Gates Foundation, a private philanthropic group whose co-founder, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, last week announced $150 million in new funding to combat the pandemic. Also targeted was the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a Chinese research center in the city where the pandemic began that has been accused of a role in triggering the outbreak.

This comes just a few weeks after the loose-knit activist hacker group Anonymous released a well-researched video on the corruption of Bill Gates stating, “You may own the corporate media, but we still have the internet, and you (Bill Gates) will be exposed. It was also just reported that Dr. Luc Montignair – Nobel Prize winning virologist who discovered the HIV virus – is now claiming the novel coronavirus originated in a Wuhan laboratory that was trying to create a vaccine for HIV. Why a Coronavirus Vaccine is Not the Solution

April 19, 2020 — Everyone wants a solution to the COVID-19 crisis. Many prominent figures, such as New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, have said this crisis won’t be over until there is a vaccine available. While making a vaccine available will play a role in America’s response, universal vaccination of 328 million plus Americans is not the solution, and this is why:

  1. The novel coronavirus is nowhere near as deadly as originally reported
  2. America is already headed for herd immunity
  3. Effective treatments for COVID-19 are being suppressed
  4. We’ve been lied to by those who will benefit financially from a vaccine
  5. No one knows how to make a safe & effective coronavirus vaccine

Let’s take each of these one at a time:

  1. The novel coronavirus is nowhere near as deadly as originally reported

Estimated deaths in America from the novel coronavirus have plummeted from 2.2 million down to under 100,00 – and even this number shows all signs of dropping far more. Even Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted in a New England Journal of Medicine article that deaths from coronavirus would likely be far below 1%.

Additionally a new study out of Stanford University has just been completed showing that the coronavirus is already far more widespread throughout the population than originally thought, and is drastically less deadly than we’ve been told. The Guardian reports the following:

The study from Stanford University, which was released Friday and has yet to be peer reviewed, tested samples from 3,330 people in Santa Clara county and found the virus was 50 to 85 times more common than official figures indicated...That also means coronavirus is potentially much less deadly to the overall population than initially thought. As of Tuesday, the US’s coronavirus death rate was 4.1% and Stanford researchers said their findings show a death rate of just 0.12% to 0.2%. (emphasis added)

The Guardian goes on to say, “The study has been interpreted by some to mean we are closer to herd immunity…than expected.“

2. America is already headed for herd immunity

Mass vaccination is unnecessary in a population that has naturally achieved herd immunity to a pathogen. This is when enough people have developed natural immunity to a pathogen that it no longer poses a major threat of infecting and killing large numbers of people. In an extensive interview with Del Bigtree on The Highwire, Epidemiologist Knut Wittkowski, PhD. stated if we hadn’t instated social distancing the COVID-19 crisis would have been over by now.

Dr. Wittkowski did say there was enough concern to quarantine and lock down countries, but only at the beginning of the crisis because we did not know what to expect. However now that we have the data he claims we need to end the lock downs immediately.

There is no evidence anywhere in the world showing that social distancing has helped this epidemic at all, according to Dr. Wittkowski. Rather there is evidence that social distancing may be slowing down the development of herd immunity. Wittkowski states we should have only isolated the elderly and the vulnerable and that none of the anti-social prohibition we have been doing has any effect other than broadening the curve of infection, which ultimately has put more people at risk. While we have all been told we must flatten the curve, as an epidemiologist Dr. Wittkowski says flattening actually lengthens the amount of time an infection will be widely transmitted, and thus leads to more people falling ill. He also states we did not need to flatten the curve to avoid overwhelming our hospital systems.

Astonishingly Dr. Wittkowski says no epidemiologists were involved in making decisions to lock down countries; only doctors and virologists. This is crucial as doctors know how to treat infections and virologists know the details of how viruses behave. However neither are experts in how viruses spread in a population as epidemiologists such as Wittkowski are.

Dr. Wittkowski says he would take a coronavirus vaccine if it were proven safe, effective and necessary within the next year or two. However he doesn’t understand why anyone is waiting for a vaccine to return society back to normal as it will take a year or longer for a vaccine to be available. He does not see why anyone could fathom society being shutdown for an entire year. “Humans are social beings” says the doctor. “They need to interact with others.” With gun purchases having reached the highest rates ever in human history, Dr. Wittkowski is worried we may soon see people getting shot for trivial things such as not wearing masks. 3. Effective treatments for COVID-19 are being suppressed

The most effective treatment against COVID-19 that has no risks or side effects appears to be high doses of intravenous vitamin C. Richard Gale and Dr. Gary Null report the following:

(In early March, 2020), China is conducting several clinical trials with intravenous Vitamin C to treat patients infected with the Covid19 strain. The city government of Shanghai is now actively treating patients with intravenous Vitamin C. A trial at Zhongnan Hospital in Wuhan is using 24,000 mg per day intravenously. A second effective treatment has been the drug Chloroquine, especially when paired with zinc. Not only have we seen recent anecdotal success surrounding Chloroquine in treating the coronavirus, but a National Institute of Health (NIH) study from 2005 proved it was a “potent inhibitor” of the infection. That study was titled Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread. 

Neither intravenous vitamin C or Chloroquine have been included as part of the protocol for treating coronavirus infection and COVID-19 in the United States.

Why?

4. We’ve been lied to by those who will benefit financially from a vaccine

The #1 promoter of a coronavirus vaccine is Bill Gates. As the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is racing to develop a vaccine, it is also funding a study to see if Chloroquine is effective in treating infection from the novel coronavirus. That study claims it is testing Chloroquine against an “inert placebo,” however they have chosen vitamin C as the “inert placebo.”

This is scientific fraud!

As already mentioned in this article, vitamin C is currently proving in clinical trials to be an effective treatment against coronavirus infection. The study setup and funded by the Gates Foundation is clearly designed to falsely show Chloroquine is not as effective by using a fake placebo (vitamin C) that actually has a benefit on the infection they are testing for! A placebo should never have any positive or negative impact on a study. Even highschool chemistry students know this!

Joining Gates in perpetrating public health policy fraud appears to be Dr. Anthony Fauci. Attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently dropped a bombshell regarding Fauci reported at True Pundit, which many are already speculating will result in litigation:

Bobby Kennedy Jr. dropped a bombshell on the Thomas Paine Podcast, detailing an apparent agreement between the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the Bill Gates-backed pharmacuetical company that has the best chance at this point of securing lucrative contracts for a national coronavirus vaccine…That puts your government in bed with Big Pharma and Gates and could pay as much as 50 percent of the profits to the NIH, the parent agency that employs Dr. Anthony Fauci — who again — is lobbying for the vaccine. Does Fauci get a cut of the bounty too? Or has he already been cut in?

So Fauci’s employer, the NIH, (and perhaps Fauci himself) is positioned to profit massively from every sale of coronavirus vaccine. Is that a conflict of interest? Could this possibly influence the guidance the public has received from Fauci and the NIH?

There is plenty of evidence showing Fauci has worked to worsen the COVID-19 crisis, not lessen it. As previously mentioned the NIH conducted a study in 2005 showing that Chloroquine was a “potent inhibitor” of coronavirus infection; yet Fauci and the NIH have not allowed Chloroquine to be used as one of the protocols for treating it! In fact the NIH didn’t even begin a new clinical study into Chloroquine until the COVID-19 crisis had peaked in America. Fauci said coronavirus was “nothing to worry about” in the US all the way up until March 5th, when the crisis was already rapidly building. He got that wrong, which we can say might happen to anyone. But coupling that with him hiding that the NIH knew Chloroquine was a “potent inhibitor” of the coronavirus infection for over 15 years while also helping to sideline the treatment is outrageous! A criminial investigation needs to be launched into the activities of Dr. Anthony Fauci and the NIH.

Just a glimpse at Fauci’s actions since the COVID-19 crisis began shows he may have been working to worsen the crisis, which will help promote the production and use of a vaccine, which in turn will benefit and profit Fauci’s employer, the NIH. If vitamin C and/or Chloroquine became the standard protocols for treating coronavirus infection, there would be little-to-no need for a vaccine.

5. No one knows how to make a safe & effective coronavirus vaccine

The top vaccinologists in the world are saying a coronavirus vaccine is likely to be very dangerous, and perhaps impossible to create.

According to Immunologist Ian Frazer, co-inventor of the HPV vaccine, “At the moment we don’t know how to make a coronavirus vaccine work. That’s why there are 100 vaccines under testing using every conceivable approach. We don’t know if any of them will work.”

According to Dr. Paul Offit, inventor of the rotavirus vaccine, a coronavirus vaccine has the potential to be very dangerous. “An example is the dengue vaccine. When it was tested in Latin America and Philippines, it was found to actually increase your risk of dengue shock syndrome. Children who were less than 9 years of age, who had never been exposed to the virus before, were actually more likely to be hurt by the vaccine than helped by it. Now, you only knew that from doing large clinical trials with tens of thousands of people.”

Dr. Peter Hotez – whose work producing vaccines is funded by Bill Gates – shares Offit’s concerns and recently testified in front of Congress saying effectively the exact same thing as Offit. “One of the things that we are not hearing a lot about is the unique potential safety problem of coronavirus vaccines. What happens with certain types of respiratory virus vaccines is you get immunized and then when you get actually exposed to the virus you get this kind of paradoxical immune enhancement phenomenon.”

Immune enhancement means the vaccine enhances the danger of the virus, allowing the virus to enter a host more efficiently and replicate much faster. Even Dr. Anthony Fauci himself has admitted this is a huge problem for coronavirus vaccine development. Vaccination is not the solution to the COVID-19 situation we find ourselves in today. What is the solution is having public health officials in positions of power that desire to truly help the public at large. Rather today we find ourselves led by Dr. Anthony Fauci who has worked in his position for over 3 decades with compromising ties to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Those ties seem to be causing active suppression of effective treatments for the COVID-19 crisis in order to gain profit and power through a potential vaccination program which many pro-vaccine scientists are warning could be quite dangerous.
