NY Wants Permanent Mask Law

July 6, 2020 — New bills in the New York legislature seek to make permanent Governor Andrew Cuomo’s temporary Executive Orders allowing business owners to require employees and customers to wear face masks. The mask requirement began on March 7 with Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.17, and business were given explicit  authority to refuse service to people without masks with Executive Order 202.34 issued on May 28.  Executive Orders remain in effect for only thirty days and then must be renewed. Cuomo’s emergency power to rule by edict will expire next spring. But the proposed law has no end date. And it could be the beginning of a whole range of bills to make permanent other parts of the covid 19 Executive Order regime.

This bill is just another of the many bills passed and proposed since 2018 that steadily take away medical decision making away from individuals and parents of minors, and gives that power to politicians, bureaucrats, businesses, anyone but the person who will need to live with the consequences of the decision, and who will have to pay for it.

New York State Senator Todd Kaminsky (D-Long Beach) introduced Senate Bill S8559a, and Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal (D-Upper Westside) introduced the identical Assembly Bill A10694. (both are pictured above)

These bills are completely redundant. Current Executive Orders already achieve the purported goals of the proposed law. One would assume that when Cuomo believes the Executive Orders are no longer necessary, he will stop renewing them. These bills will simply saddle us with a new permanent silly law. One thing is clear, even by the logic of the Cuomo administration, it does nothing new to protect public health.

One of the worst tendencies of legislators is “Dosomethingism.” Problems arise and legislators want to be seen “doing something” about the problem. Frequently, they don’t much care what it is that they do, they care even less about the consequences doing something might have, they just don’t want to be caught not “doing something.” So they will pass any kind of stupid law as long as they can say they did something.  This law seems like a good example of Dosomethingism.

De Blah Blah Throws School Ball in Dictator Cuomo’s Court

July 3, 2020 — Mayor De Blasio announced a plan to open NYC schools in September and Cuomo’s office responded by stating the mayor does not have the authority to open schools. That’s because Cuomo was given emergency (dictator-like) powers till April of 2021 with the passage of bill S7919. De Blasio knew this would be Cuomo’s response. The mayor is politically positioning himself in line with the Governors of New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), which are all planning for or recommending schools to open in September.

Cuomo is eerily silent about whether New York schools will reopen in September. He’s released no guidance, and no plan. I maintain that is because he does not want in-person schooling to reopen in order to move along the horrifying Bill Gates “Reimagine Education” agenda which would drastically expand remote learning.

What De Blasio just did was say, “Now all eyes on you Andrew – whatchyagonnado???“

New York City is the largest school system in the nation, educating 1 million children. The time to plan a reopening is right now as there is no time to lose. Seeing the northeast states trending towards opening De Blasio felt it was necessary to pick a side. The final push for De Blasio was seeing the AAP releasing an extensive report stating it is perfectly safe to begin in-person schooling once again.

If Cuomo decides to reopen schools (although all signs are that he does not want to) De Blasio is already positioned for it and planning ahead. If Cuomo keeps schools closed when the backlash comes from parents, social workers, therapists, and various organizations who will rightly show all the data building up proving children are being more harmed than helped by schools remaining closed, De Blasio can say, “You see! I had a plan to reopen but the Governor screwed up.” It’s actually pretty smart politics for Dumb Dumb De Blah Blah.

Nominate Dr. Kyle-Sidell for the Nobel Prize!

July 2, 2020 — Dr. Cameron Kyle-Sidell deserves the Nobel Prize for his valiant, life-saving efforts as an Emergency Care Doctor in New York City, and for taking to social media to sound the alarm regarding what was really going on with COVID-19 in NYC hospitals. Dr. Kyle-Sidell is a brave hero and deserves the highest possible honors available on planet earth, as he has saved thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of lives.

Sidell went on-the-record on April 3rd when he took to social media and stated on camera that COVID-19 was not a respiratory disease, it was a disease of oxygen deprivation. He clearly stated that COVID patients were being intubated (placed on ventilators) too soon and too often which did more harm than good. Within 48 hours of Dr. Sidell’s video post on social media, intubations in New York hospitals plummeted and never went up again. If it wasn’t for Dr. Kyle-Sidell sounding this alarm that would have never happened!

It is not only because of Sidell that intubations in New York hospitals dropped. It was also because of a new innovative online medical education platform called “FOAMed” – where doctors shared their real world experiences surrounding treating COVID – that helped give Sidell the knowledge and courage he needed to sound the alarm.

Regardless of “FOAMed,” the fact is that it was Sidell, and no one else, who put his reputation and career on the line when he went public to do what was right and save lives. It was Sidell, and no one else, who made the decision that the public had the right to know what the medical debate surrounding COVID in New York ERs & ICUs was at that time. THAT is the type of bravery and adherence to the Hippocratic Oath that humanity desperately needs and must honor!

New York City just entered “Phase 3” of reopening. If it were not for Sidell we would still be locked down, watching thousands of deaths continue to rack up in New York hospitals. The lockdown lasted as long as it did because of the death count. We now know that 85-90% of all COVID patients placed on ventilators died. We also know that thousands of New Yorkers were placed on ventilators. Had Sidell not sounded the alarm many thousands more would have been placed on ventilators, upwards of 90% of them would have died over time, and those deaths would have forced New York to remain in lockdown.

Every New Yorker who is currently thankful for any of the freedoms you are now experiencing in Phase 3 owes a debt of gratitude to Dr. Cameron Kyle-Sidell.

AAP Recommends Flu Shot for All Students and School Staff

June 30, 2020 — The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has just recommended that all students and school staff take the flu shot before returning to in-school education in the fall of 2020. In a report titled COVID-19 Planning Considerations: Guidance for School Re-entry, the AAP states the following on vaccination in schools.

Immunizations

Existing school immunization requirements should be maintained and not deferred because of the current pandemic. In addition, although influenza vaccination is generally not required for school attendance, in the coming academic year, it should be highly encouraged for all students. School districts should consider requiring influenza vaccination for all staff members. Pediatricians should work with schools and local public health authorities to promote childhood vaccination messaging well before the start of the school year. It is vital that all children receive recommend vaccinations on time and get caught up if they are behind as a result of the pandemic. The capacity of the health care system to support increased demand for vaccinations should be addressed through a multifaceted collaborative and coordinated approach among all child-serving agencies including schools. This is dangerous.

A Department of Defense (DOD) study recently showed those who received the flu shot had a 32.4% increase in chances of suffering from other respiratory infections, including coronavirus infection.

While this study did not focus specifically on the novel coronavirus or COVID19, do we really want to start force experiments on school children and staff with a new virus, a new illness when the scientific data is showing the flu vaccine is showing signs of possible “virus interference” that could increase the chances of getting a coronavirus infection?

That could mean the flu vaccine could raise the risk of getting COVID19.

June 29, 2020 — Twitter has somehow been causing my followers to “unfollow” me even when they made no such request to do so. In addition, all of the upward trends in my reach and following have recently plummeted, especially since I started promoting Liz Glass for New York Senate from May through June. My reach has *always* trended up, never down. At my peek in April, I reached 1.24 million via tweet impressions, had 9,808 profile visits, and gained 727 followers in one month’s time. Today, less than 2 months later, all these numbers have plummeted. I now reach 624 thousand via tweet impressions, have 5,980 profile views, and have gotten only 169 new followers in one month’s time. Maybe users are no longer interested in my content? I don’t think that’s the case.

I believe Twitter is intentionally limiting my reach and deleting my followers

Below are four separate statements from Twitter users on how they were mysteriously unfollowed from my account even though they never made any request to do so. All of this is shared with permission and is sourced to the Twitter handle of the actual user who sent me this information through direct message (DM) on Twitter.

Yes! I thought it strange when I discovered I wasn’t following you…FYI I have 300 followers. I get 1-3 new followers per week, but my total always hovers around 300, for many months stuck on 295 exactly…some people said that their tweet impressions were way lower than their follower numbers , as low as 25% after 1 week. We are definitely in a category of tweeters being screwed.

In addition Michele K @k_michele07 posted a reply to a tweet of mine saying, “Your Tweets were missing from my feed for about a week. I had to search you several times so I could see them.”

And these are just four that I know of! I have no doubt there are far more. I believe that I am gaining new followers at the same time as Twitter is purging ones I already have, and that is why my following is currently experiencing anemic growth.

I have never broken any of Twitter’s community guidelines, and never will. I never attack anyone, make threats to anyone, or assert something to be true without mainstream or peer-reviewed scientific documentation to back it up. I never curse. I give my opinions at times and make it clear they are opinions. I only advocate non-violent activist solutions to the political, social and medical problems we face in New York, America and across the world. I encourage free speech as well as the open exchange of ideas from all sides of any issue.

Maybe that last one is why Twitter hates me the most.

I say all of this simply to show precisely why, in my opinion, Twitter will take the time to shadowban me; because they got nothing else! It’s their only way to suppress my voice and reach. Since I break no rules they can only go undercover with trying to censor my speech.

In addition to the above evidence and allegations I also would like to point to Twitter’s suppression of Project Veritas. On April 30th Veritas tweeted they had video evidence of Twitter removing hundreds of retweets from one of their posts in real time, and they showed the recording. My tweets don’t have the reach Veritas has, but, oddly enough, I have seen similar oddities with the likes and retweets of my tweets and it happens constantly.

For example I may go to my profile wall where all my most recent tweets are, and see one tweet that has 11 likes and 34 retweets. Those are odd numbers. Usually a tweet gets more likes than retweets. So I will click on that tweet and when it comes up, again, I see 11 likes and 34 retweets. But then I will refresh my browser and suddenly it will say 75 likes and 54 retweets, which just makes more sense as tweets usually get liked more than they get retweeted. So now it appears I just needed to refresh my browser while on my profile wall, and I should see the numbers correct there as well.

But that doesn’t happen.

On my profile wall it still reflects the lower numbers – 11 likes and 34 retweets.

This is small, it is subtle, but it would be simple to write an algorithm to do this minor shadowban towards a targeted account, and make it appear as though the tweet has less interest and less reach than it actually does. I do not know for sure that is what is happening, but when you combine this with the hard evidence I presented regarding my falling analytics numbers, and my followers being mysteriously “unfollowed” from my account, it is quite compelling and disturbing.
