     The City Council of Washington, DC,  passed a bill in an 11 to 1 vote to allow children 11-years old and older to be given vaccines without parental knowledge or consent.  The bill is sitting on Mayor Muriel Bowser’s desk waiting a signature or a veto.

     The intention of the bill is to undermine parents “utilizing a religious exemption or is opting out of receiving the Human Papillomavirus vaccine.” And it provides for billing of private insurance without informing the parent of the expenditure on their own policy.      Mayor Muriel Bowser must decide today, Monday, 11/30/2020, whether to sign the bill or to veto it. If she vetoes this bill, then it is dead unless the City Council can get a 2/3 vote majority that some believe they won’t be able to do.  Congress ultimately has oversight over all Washington, DC, legislation, and could pass a bill overriding the City law, but that is the next step if Bowser signs the bill.

     We can stop this bill today by calling and emailing Mayor Muriel Bowser and asking that she VETO Bill: B23-171.

     This bill is part of a much larger effort to eliminate any parental control over what vaccines are given to our children. It is also part of a longstanding campaign to coerce sales of the Merck’s Gardasil, the only vaccine for human papilloma virus licensed in the US.

      There are no good reasons to pass this bill,  and many for anyone with commonsense to reject it.

     The bill protects pedophiles. This bill provides protection to pedophiles by subverting “Mandated Reporter” laws that require licensed professionals to report suspected sexual abuse of children. What rational person would not suspect something was very wrong if an 11-year old requested an injection ostensibly given to prevent a sexually-transmitted disease and he or she did not want their parents to know about it?

     Children do not know enough about their own medical history to consent. It is absurd to assume that a child of any age knows enough about their own medical history and the medical history of their family to provide informed consent. They must know if they had earlier adverse reactions to vaccines given to them as infants, whether they have allergies or sensitivities to vaccine ingredients, or if there is a family medical history that would contra-indicate a shot. Am eleven-year old child will know this? How will a child with a medical exemption be protected?

     How can a parent make informed healthcare choices for their child? In the event of an adverse reaction, especially if a child is unconscious, how is a parent, first responder, or other healthcare professionals supposed to provide appropriate medical care to the child? What if a parent decides to give the child a vaccine that the child has already had without the parents’ knowledge?

     Who decides who can decide? A person giving the shot, who may have a financial or professional incentive to do so, is given no guidance at all in how to  determine if a minor is capable of giving consent. And there is nothing that prevents children from being coerced into to shots, especially children in foster care, hospitals or other settings away from home.

     There are no protections in the bill for children with developmental disabilities. There is a long and sordid history of using children with developmental disabilities in institutions and foster care as guinea pigs for drug and vaccine trials.

     HPV is not transmissible in school, As a sexually-transmitted disease there is no chance that HPV can be transmitted via casual contact at school, or anywhere else.

     Merck’s Gardasil has a terrible safety record. According to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System as of 12/14/2019 there have been 64,270 reported adverse incidents with HPV vaccines, including 523 deaths, 15,413 emergency room visits, 6,448 hospitalizations, and 3092 permanent disabilities. The safety record for HPV vaccines is so troubling that Japan ended their recommendation of HPV vaccination for Japanese girls in 2014.

     Since 2000 Merck has paid $3.5 billion in the US in penalties, fines, and settlements for a wide range of criminal activities, including damages related to an estimated 60,000 deaths from heart attack and stroke caused by Merck’s Vioxx product, a side effect known to Merck but kept from the public. The time period when Merck was marketing Vioxx, 1999-2004, is the same period that Merck was developing Gardasil which was licensed after an expedited safety and efficacy review by the FDA in 2006. Merck has also paid $800 million in fines for submitting false claims to the US government, and $345 million for bribery and kickbacks.

     Merck is charged with submitting fraudulent documents in the Gardasil licensing process. A lawsuit is under way in California, Robi v. Merck, that alleges Merck, the manufacturer of Gardasil, submitted fraudulent safety and efficacy data to the federal government during the licensing process. And there are class actions concerning Gardasil injuries around the world in Israel, Columbia, Denmark, Canada, Ireland and other countries.

COVID Vaccine Manufacturers Are Exempt From Liability

Parents Put Gigantic Sign Over Expressway in Queens, NY

November 29, 2020 — Parents and activists placed a gigantic sign over the Long Island Expressway in Queens, NY that read COVID VACCINE MANUFACTURERS ARE EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY. They also had hand held signs and flyers they gave to people on the street and in cars.

In less than 1 hour, Department of Transportation Security showed up stating the sign needed to be pulled down. There are plenty of other signs that have been up on overpasses throughout Queens for weeks and months, however this one was immediately noticed and required to be pulled down in less than one hour.

Why?

The truth is this sign is hardly controversial; it just states a plane fact.

Police came as well saying there were “complaints.” Overall they were respectful and understanding but were “just doing their job.”

November 28, 2020 — In Washington D.C. the city council passed a bill that would allow children as young as 11 to be vaccinated without parental knowledge or consent. Once the medical procedure happens, the insurance companies would have their records altered so that the parents would never know their child received the vaccine! The bill was admittedly brought forward in anticipation of the coming COVID vaccine.

The bill is titled The Minor Consent For Vaccination Amendment Act of 2020, bill #23-171. It has passed the city council. Once it gets passed the mayor it needs to be approved by the House of Representatives. I have just been updated on a conference call of national leaders mobilizing to stop this bill the first week of December! Stay tuned to this blog for a coming Action Alert to contact your congress person to stop this horrendous attack on parental rights and children’s bodies.

One of the many dangers of this insane bill is that children may end up being vaccinated multiple times unnecessarily with the same vaccine since parents (and possibly even doctors) will have no way of knowing the child previously received the vaccine. Multiple unnecessary vaccinations can be extremely dangerous to the health and well-being of a child, according to Board Certified Pediatrician Dr. Larry Palevsky.

The District of Columbia is a predominantly Black community. It has become common across the country that children in Black and Brown neighborhoods are targeted for vaccination without parental knowledge or consent. The Fed Up Democrat has previously reported this occurring in the Bronx as well as all throughout New York State with vaccines (and drugs) alleged to prevent the sexually transmitted diseases of HEP-B, HPV and HIV.

I spoke to Dr. Palevsky about this frightening new law to get an expert opinion and perspective.

Question – What do you want parents to know about this frightening bill?

Dr. Palevsky – This may only be impacting D.C. right now, but it’s coming to a theater near you. There’s nothing stopping them. I just got an email today that the bill passed twice in the city council and has made its way to the mayor. The ship may have already sailed.

Q – Do you think this type of attack on parental rights will be confined to communities of color?

Dr. P – No.

Q – What vaccines does this bill apply to?

Dr. P – The bill applies to all vaccines that are approved and recommended by ACIP (which includes the entire CDC recommended childhood vaccination schedule, and will soon include the COVID vaccine).

Q – The bill states it will apply to any child 11 years of age or older who “meets the informed consent standard.” What standard are they referring to?

Dr. P – Obviously such a standard will be decided by the people who are trying to get kids vaccinated.

Q – How will these ‘secret vaccinations’ in children be documented?

Dr. P – It seems as though the parent’s insurance company will pay for it but they won’t receive notice from the insurance company that the vaccine was given. When the doctor contacts the insurance company, they merely need to state that the vaccine was administered under The Minor Consent for Vaccination Act and that prompts the insurance company to take it off of the EOB (Explanation of Benefits). The bill mentions that the doctor would inform the child’s school but it doesn’t say where the child is going to be vaccinated. Obviously the doctor would have increased access to the child if the vaccines are administered at school.

[There are seven School Based Health Centers (SBHCs) in the District of Columbia that DC Health oversees. A SBHC can serve as a student’s primary health care provider or supplement the services they would normally receive. This is one point of access to DC children where it could be quite easy to isolate a child away from their parent. In 2019 when Roxsanna Gautreax’s 11 year old son went to the school nurse for a scraped knee in the Bronx, NY, he left with an HPV vaccine injected into him without parental consent. A similar school-based health care model already exists in Washington D.C. – Fed Up Dem]

Q – In New York we have a health regulation from Governor Cuomo allowing vaccination without parental consent for STDs (HPV and HEP B), but I don’t believe they scrub the insurance records in NY the way D.C. is proposing.

Dr. P – I don’t know that it’s in NY. But certainly the one in DC appears as if they’re taking several steps to keep the parent from knowing about the vaccine. One of my concerns is that the child would go home and tell the parent that a vaccine was given and when the parent approaches the physician, the doctor can say I don’t have record of it. Then the child is left to appear as if he or she is lying. One of the questions I raise is how will the physician get the child alone? It appears this would happen in a clinic or a physician’s office. That would mean that the parent would be asked to leave. There is no clear explanation as to how the child would be isolated away from the parent.

Q – You administered vaccines as a pediatrician for years. Then when the HEP-B vaccine was added to the childhood schedule you started asking questions. Why?

Dr. P – My statement in 1991 against administering the HEP-B vaccine to children was not about vaccines; it was about the specific policy of the HEP-B vaccine and children: as seems to be the case with the COVID vaccine and children, giving the HEP-B vaccine to children never made medical sense. The HEP-B vaccine recommendation for children was the first time vaccines were administered to a population that wasn’t at risk for that disease. The COVID vaccine seems to be a second wave of vaccination of a population that is minimally – if at all – effected by the illness. In 1991 my concern was simply a matter of Good Medicine vs. Bad Medicine. Giving the HEP-B vaccine to children is simply bad medicine.

Q – Have you ever witnessed an adverse reaction to a vaccine in a child you vaccinated?

Dr. P – In 1998 I had a toddler in my arms who I was seeing in a clinic associated with Lenox Hill Hospital. That toddler received a series of vaccines. He came back the next day with a high fever and swollen lymph nodes throughout his entire body – his neck, arm pits and groin. I had never seen that before; nor was I aware that something like that could happen. This was at the same time that parents brought to my attention that there was mercury in most of the vaccines given to children. This toddler was very sick. The idea that a child would have an adverse reaction to vaccines was not something that was ever in my thinking or teaching at NYU medical school. I was pretty certain based on the timing that this child had a direct adverse reaction to the vaccines administered the day before. And being that it was in the same time frame that I was starting to learn that vaccines had mercury in them I took a step back and said ok, maybe I need to investigate this further. And I did.

November 27, 2020 — The NO LOCKDOWN Protest in Manhattan on Sunday November 22nd was a big success. At its peak 300 people showed up to protest Lockdowns in New York and educate people on the streets. Now a new set of organizers are going to continue to carry the torch and have another event this Sunday, November 29th at Union Square, 1pm. Please show up and support!

One of the best parts about last Sunday’s protest is it was not overly politicized. It did not turn into a pro-Trump rally. ELECTION 2020: Where we have been, and where we are headed

Stolen Elections, Trump the Patsy, Lockdowns and a Grim Future

November 23, 2020 — I am glad Trump is challenging the legitimacy of the election; he is completely within his rights to do so.

Isn’t it interesting in 2020 Republican Donald Trump is screaming of the same electronic voter fraud that former Democratic Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney faced in Georgia over a decade ago: Dominion voter machines having “glitches” in the middle of the night that appear to flip votes.

Elections get stolen in the US all the time. It’s not new or unique to Trump, or to any political party. McKinney had an election stolen from her, so did Al Gore in 2000; hell Richard Nixon lost to John F. Kennedy when the mafia fully supported Kennedy and thousands of “dead people” voted Democrat. This prompted Nixon’s famous, ‘You won’t have Dick Nixon to kick around anymore’ post-election comment. That was a different time. The players in the game knew the game had to be protected at all cost, although over time JFK turned against the criminal forces that gave him the Whitehouse. That proved to be a deadly decision for a reformed man.

Today a different game is being played.

It was fairly clear to me Biden was anointed in 2020 when former vice president Dick Cheney endorsed him, and now Cheney is one of Biden’s direct advisers. Cheney is, of course, the former Vice President under George W. Bush who stole the 2000 election from Al Gore. During the 2000 stolen election Gore was too afraid of what the NY Times and Washington Post reporters wrote about him to really challenge W. Bush the way he should have. Trump has no such fear, and will push his challenges forward at (almost) all costs. However Sydney Powell’s recent claims that the election was stolen by “Venezuela, China and communist money” is so laughable it seems almost like a trap, and may mark the end of Trump’s legitimate claims of election fraud. Venezuela and China didn’t steal the election; American intelligence and organized crime did; as they always do.

Very powerful forces decided Biden is going to be our next president and it appears to me that is what will happen. I don’t know if Biden really won or not but today that is irrelevant. No one makes it to the top of the duopoly’s ticket without being anointed by powerful elites in advance, and that includes Trump in 2016.

The 2016 election was, in part, stolen as well. You may remember there were significant problems surrounding the vote count in Pennsylvania, and Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein brought a legal challenge demanding a recount of the votes in PA. Why didn’t the Democrats make that challenge? Because the Clintons knew the elites had decided to anoint Trump. They didn’t like it, but they know the rules of the game and they follow those rules.

Why did the elites anoint a man they couldn’t control?

I can’t be sure of this, but all signs point to Trump being the perfect patsy.

Very shortly after Trump was elected Dr. Anthony Fauci stated publicly that the Trump administration was going to be surprised by an unexpected pandemic. In October of 2019, Bill Gates, Johns Hopkins and the World Economic Forum (WEF) all ran a war game titled Event 201, where a coronavirus pandemic swept the world forcing lockdowns, social distancing measures and forced mask-wearing mandates. Just a few months later this war game “turned real” with SARS CoV-2 and COVID.

Historically Trump will bear the blame for how poorly he managed the COVID crisis. It will be said that his greed and desire to save the economy cost hundreds of thousands of lives. Never mind that lockdowns are killing more people than COVID; especially poor people. Never mind that the United Nations is predicting famines of biblical proportion in 2021. Never mind that the lockdowns are causing a massive rise in global poverty. Never mind facts. Orange man bad; no need to think more than that!

Trump also became a rallying point for nearly 100 million Americans who value freedom, liberty and the Constitution. It is critical that the duopoly shares-and-shifts power in order to give the illusion that the will of the people is actually what steers our nation. Can you imagine if Hillary Clinton had been president during COVID and the first round of lockdowns? This would be on the heels of 8 years of Obama in the midst of 4 years of the first female president of the United States. The backlash from conservative and libertarian Americans would have been astounding. With Trump, who issued a national state of emergency in response to COVID but did not issue a national lockdown, many of these people were given something to believe in; something to hold on to. Such illusions are critical in America and in fact are the very foundation of our country today.

The elite are poised to increase the totalitarianism in the US now. Biden is good for that, as he has already promised to return the US to the World Health Organization, mandate both the COVID vaccine and masks across the entire country, and bring a national lockdown: Constitution be damned! Very powerful forces ensured Biden “won” or stole or whatever-ed this election.

When the election was stolen from Gore in 2000 I remember saying to myself, “What was so important that required such a blatant, public theft of this presidential election?”

Within a year 9-11 happened.

W. Bush was the worst president in American history, or, more accurately put, Dick Cheney was the worst shadow-president in our history. The Bush/Cheney presidency was the first time, to my knowledge, that the most important decisions within the Whitehouse were decided by the VP. Cheney and the Neocons delivered what Cheney himself called “The War that will not end in our lifetimes.” So far, that has proven to be true. Trump has screamed from the rooftops that he is going to end that war, yet he never did. To Trump’s credit he did not start any NEW wars, and that is one of the highlights of his presidency.

Here we are 20 years later and an electoral theft has been perpetrated in front of us yet again (funny to see we may have a new Dick Cheney in Kamala Harris, but with a twist). This time, to me the question of what was so important to require the theft of a presidential election seems to be plain and clear.

LOCKDOWNS

Goldman Sachs has recently introduces the Effective Lockdown Index (ELI) to measure the impact that social distancing and lockdowns have on every economy on the planet. Note this has not been called the COVID Lockdown Index. No. This has nothing to do with COVID as the virus is a cover for the new economic paradigm in front of us, and the markets are shifting and changing to address this new reality.

Capitalism is dead. Stakeholder Capitalism is rising in it’s place. As we enter the end of the age of never ending oil and gas reserves, and as the abundance of natural resources begins to decline, the global elite have decided they no longer need middle class over-consumption to enrich their coffers. Instead they are going to make money on managing poverty, and turn human beings into assets that they will extract value from directly. One such example is the destruction of education and closing brick & mortar schools. Education will become exclusively dedicated to poverty management, as children will be turned into data managed by capitalist investors for private gain. Due to all of this and more, the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos has declared we are entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). The WEF blatantly states the masses will “own nothing, but be happy” in their latest released propaganda campaign. Don’t think for a second this means the multi-billionaire class will give up their multiple mansions; private jets; private islands; they will not. They will be the overlords who own the planet and get to use it and extract resources from it as they see fit. We will have to “rent” everything we want from them – if our social credit score allows us to rent anything at all. Perhaps the global overlords will package this new attack on private wealth and property as a Marxist utopia, and hope the left eats the right in the process. Doesn’t matter; everyone burns in the end.

WEF founder Klaus Schwab has stated that the 4IR will go as far as to require full brain scans to read people’s thoughts before they are allowed to board a plane to travel. All of this is designed to limit travel, just as the lockdowns are. Limit travel to limit the consumption of resources so they can be reserved for the elites among us who want everything for themselves, none for you (or me).

VACCINE

The COVID vaccine is a multi-layered operation that encompasses medical tyranny, psy-op, travel limitations, lockdown orders and various forms of population control. But this is the area where I am most hopeful. The resistance to the COVID vaccine is enormous, and a showdown the likes of which humanity has never seen before is brewing. Just look at the millions of people who came out in Germany protesting lockdowns and forced vaccination there!
