When 9/11 occurred within days there were militarized police officers throughout the entirety of NYC. The Patriot Act was passed almost immediately, which eviscerated the Constitution. Camera surveillance systems increased dramatically everywhere and privacy rights were trampled on from 2001 up until today. America never would have accepted such insanity had it not been for 9/11. COVID-19 is being manipulated into the 9/11 of our time, however it will not be successful in bringing a UDI system to America…not yet.
UDI is where a person is assigned a number that is linked to a biometric identifier and tracks everything about them in a database. This has been fully deployed in India, and is rolling out in Argentinaand China. Bill Gates is a big supporter of UDI, and recently said every American will need a “digital certificate” to show if they are immune from the novel coronavirus or have received the (nonexistent, experimental, already indemnified from all lawsuits) coronavirus vaccine.
Those “digital certificates” are step-1 towards a UDI system in America.
America = China2.0 ? That’s what Gates wants, but there is resistance.
FED UP DEM – in the beginning…
I first started this blog 1-year ago in April of 2019 as a New York Activist tool, fighting to keep the Religious Exemption to vaccination. It was right before NYC Mayor Bill De Blasio began to force vaccinate everyone in 4 Brooklyn zip codes with the MMR vaccine. Many people refused that vaccine at the time and were given $1,000 fines. However according to Del Bigtree his nonprofit ICanDecide.org provided legal services for those who refused and they won over 90% of the cases they took on. Very few people know about those victories because there was a media blackout; virtually no one reported it. That was a scary time in New York, but I had no clue how much more frightening the landscape was going to become so quickly just 1-year later.
Since September 11, 2001 I knew one day we would be looking at the destruction of civil rights and medical freedom just as we are right now; but I did not know 2020 was the year the clampdown would begin. I also did not know that “social distancing” would be used not only as a tool to help stop spreading an infectious disease, but also as a veiled threat to coerce the population into forced vaccination submission.
It feels great knowing my blog has been a useful tool to spread critical information. WORDPRESS has been a good platform for me and I’ve experienced very few problems. At one point – right before I was going to publish my interview with New Jersey Assemblyman Jamel Holley – my blog experienced technical problems that had many signatures of a hacking. I wrote about it on my blog and spread the word widely on Twitter. It delayed the publication of my Jamel Holley interview by about one week, but the problem never happened again after that. It is of interest to note that WORDPRESS used to place ads on my blog pages that they profited from. That’s just part of the deal; they give you a free blog, and in return you allow them to profit off of your traffic. However for at least 5 months not one advertisement has been placed on this blog. I don’t know if someone complained or if WORDPRESS made the decision to demonetize this platform. Regardless they are demonetizing themselves, not me, as I have never once made a penny off of any of the FED UP DEMOCRAT writing I do. Overall I have no complaints about WORDPRESS and I appreciate the platform they provide to me.
One year later my blog has received over 650,000 views and I am so grateful for every single person who has read one of my reports, and especially grateful to everyone who has shared them. The search engines provide me with a few hundred visitors a year, no more. It is those of you who share my work on social media and email friends and family who get exposure for my writing, and I thank you greatly! Please keep doing that as much as possible. Eventually The Powers That Be (TPTB) will come after our freedoms to share this type of information as well, but until they do keep on sharing!

Things are not all bad.
I find it extremely significant that the COVID-19 crisis came directly on the coattails of a massive Religious and Health Freedom victory in New Jersey. Thousands upon thousands of Health Freedom Fighters descended on Trenton, stopping a horrible bill that would have repealed the Religious freedom to say no to vaccines for children to attend public school. Out of that victory rose a colossal new leader for our movement – Assemblyman Jamel Holley. An African American Democrat politician leading the Vaccine Choice Movement scared the crap out of TPTB.
Just months later we are all locked in our houses due to a contagious pathogen that is behaving extremely oddly, although at an extremely low death rate. Back in January when Jersey had it’s historic victory I was reporting that the Garden State was leading a Northeast Health Freedom Surge. The novel coronavirus has certainly slowed that down.
But not completely.
The #OPENAMERICANOW Movement is combining with Health Freedom Fighters, and the battle continues in a new form. I believe we need to reopen America for business under a model similar to Sweden. I do not believe we should stop all public safety measures surrounding protecting people from COVID-19. In Sweden, the population naturally distances themselves socially from one another. They don’t hug and kiss when greeting, and they keep their distance from strangers just as a matter of their culture. The Sweden model is the better one, but they are not having an orgy fest in the streets – far from it.
We need to #OPENAMERICANOW – but with caution.
America now stands on the brink of becoming China2.0 – a country that has no freedoms and lives under complete technocratic tyranny – but we are not there yet – and there is much we can do to fight and resist this tyranny. At the top of this report I posted a picture of the American flag in flames. When the time comes that I believe the Chinafication of our country is nearing it’s final stages, that burning flag will replace the faded, black-&-white flag that is at the top of my blog right now. April 25, 2020 — The great Rita Palma tells us why she is directing tweets at President Donald Trump, letting him know the Vaccine Choice Voting Bloc is real, and consists of millions of Americans who may – or may not – vote for him in November.
Rita recently tweeted if Trump doesn’t do anything for us she might as well vote for Biden. Her point was notthat she believes Sleepy-Joe Biden can ever, or will ever, represent Medical Freedom and Vaccine Choice. Her point was to remind POTUS that a large portion of his 2016 vote came from parents with vaccine injured children as well as those who prioritize liberty and freedom in their medical decisions. I am 100% on board with any-and-every Twitter Storm or tweet campaign proposed by Rita Palma aimed at Trump. In fact my tweet regarding the possibility that flu vaccines could be mandated this fall received a decent amount of likes and retweets:

I’ve received some mixed feedback on encouraging people to communicate to President Trump that if he does not address the issue(s) of vaccine safety, choice etc, in some substantive (and politically safe) way, he could lose the vote (US) that prioritizes these issues. This is not a ‘threat’, this is simply the truth. Many of us are ‘hard sells’ on DJT anyway, but are willing to hold our noses and vote for him if we think that he will help us with this issue that we so value.
But he has to do something for us- and there are ways to take action to help without sticking his neck out. In my opinion, he has to show us he cares and he’s on our side of the issue before we go to the polls in November. I conclude this after having spoken to hundreds of people in our movement. We are not 100% united behind him right now.
If we are not a viable voting influence, we are not worth anything to him. He will not acknowledge us.
He has to clearly understand that we represent a large number and that number could make a difference as to whom shows up at the polls- not just to him but on down ballot elections. This is why I emphasized the 40% of the US who DO NOT take a flu shot, mentioned in his briefing two nights ago. He goes by numbers.
The way I see it, he prioritizes the economy and winning the next election. If he believes that we represent a large enough number to influence the outcome of the next election (and down ballot elections), he will pay attention to us. It’s that simple.
I hope you all see my point and I’ve explained this well.

It’s Not Over, but Medical Exemption to Vaccination Strengthened in NY
April 25, 2020 — 12-year-old autistic Thorn Schwarz was kicked out of school when Cuomo forced an “emergency regulation” in August of 2019 that illegally took away a valid medical exemption to vaccination Thorn had for years. Now not only has Thorn been allowed back into school permanently, judge Dan Doyle has reached a preliminary ruling that Governor Cuomo and the New York Department of Health have “over-stepped” their authority.
That’s real good!
It means we have come much closer to getting hundreds of disabled children back into school in New York with valid medical exemptions to vaccination! The case isn’t over, but it is moving in the right direction. This is a major blow for Governor Cuomo and his Commissioner of Health Howard Zucker.

Some good news. In a decision yesterday NY Supreme Court Judge Daniel Doyle allowed 12-year old Thorn Schwartz to retain his right to attend school by rejecting a group of motions to dismiss Thorn’s lawsuit challenging a Monroe County school’s withdrawal of his medical exemption from vaccine mandates. And, this is huge, the legal basis for the draconian new rules for medical exemptions imposed by the Cuomo administration last fall were undercut when Judge Doyle made a “preliminary finding that the state has overstepped their boundaries” according to Thorn’s attorney Patricia Finn.
Attorneys for the school and the New York State Department of Health argued that statutory language that allows a physician to issue a medical exemption if, “such immunization may be detrimental to the person’s health or is otherwise medically contraindicated,” actually means, “a child has a medical contraindication or precaution to a specific immunization consistent with ACIP guidance or other nationally recognized evidence-based standard of care.” The Judge rejected the State’s interpretation writing they, “are not entitled to dismissal of the Petitioners’ challenge to the regulation defining “may be detrimental to the child’s health”.
The suit is not over, but Thorn will retain his right to attend school when it resumes while arguments go forward, and this decision provides a preliminary finding that Cuomo’s extreme restrictions on medical exemptions could be ultimately overturned.

April 24, 2020 — New York has just completed it’s first round of antibody tests on a sample of 3,000 New Yorkers. The study’s findings are consistent with two slightly earlier studies conducted in California at Stanford and USC. The New York study shows out of 20 million New Yorkers 13.9% have likely been in contact with the coronavirus – or approximately 2.8 million people throughout New York State. If we divide the number of current deaths in New York State – 15,740 – by the number we suspect have come in contact with the virus we get an approximate death rate of .00562%. Even if we double the deaths in New York State, we are still looking at a death rate of only .01
As simple as it is to calculate the death rate – as it is just a ratio of those who died over the total number of people infected – the mainstream media hardly seems capable of doing this simple calculation. I wonder why?
This does not mean COVID-19 is not a serious and dangerous infectious disease; it is. We need to be very cautious in regards to public health policy especially in high density areas like NYC. But what we don’t need are lies, fear, miscalculations and economic suicide when we are only seeing a death rate comparable to the annual flu.

April 22, 2020 — A major hacking has just occurred in an attempt to uncover information surrounding how the novel coronavirus came to be released on the world population. Targeted organizations included The National Institute of Health (NIH) the Center for Disease Control (CDC) The World Bank, The World Health Organization (WHO), the Gates Foundation and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Washington Post reportedprecisely who got targeted and to what degree:
The report by SITE, based in Bethesda, Md., said the largest group of alleged emails and passwords was from the NIH, with 9,938 found on lists posted online. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had the second-highest number, with 6,857. The World Bank had 5,120. The list of WHO addresses and passwords totaled 2,732.
Smaller numbers of entries were listed for the Gates Foundation, a private philanthropic group whose co-founder, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, last week announced $150 million in new funding to combat the pandemic. Also targeted was the Wuhan Institute of Virology, a Chinese research center in the city where the pandemic began that has been accused of a role in triggering the outbreak.
This comes just a few weeks after the loose-knit activist hacker group Anonymous released a well-researched video on the corruption of Bill Gates stating, “You may own the corporate media, but we still have the internet, and you (Bill Gates) will be exposed. It was also just reported that Dr. Luc Montignair – Nobel Prize winning virologist who discovered the HIV virus – is now claiming the novel coronavirus originated in a Wuhan laboratory that was trying to create a vaccine for HIV. April 19, 2020 — Everyone wants a solution to the COVID-19 crisis. Many prominent figures, such as New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, have said this crisis won’t be over until there is a vaccine available. While making a vaccine available will play a role in America’s response, universal vaccination of 328 million plus Americans is not the solution, and this is why:
The novel coronavirus is nowhere near as deadly as originally reported
America is already headed for herd immunity
Effective treatments for COVID-19 are being suppressed
We’ve been lied to by those who will benefit financially from a vaccine
No one knows how to make a safe & effective coronavirus vaccine
Let’s take each of these one at a time:
The novel coronavirus is nowhere near as deadly as originally reported
Additionally a new study out of Stanford University has just been completed showing that the coronavirus is already far more widespread throughout the population than originally thought, and is drastically less deadly than we’ve been told. The Guardian reports the following:
The study from Stanford University, which was released Friday and has yet to be peer reviewed, tested samples from 3,330 people in Santa Clara county and found the virus was 50 to 85 times more common than official figures indicated...That also means coronavirus is potentially much less deadly to the overall population than initially thought. As of Tuesday, the US’s coronavirus death rate was 4.1% andStanford researchers said their findings show adeath rate of just 0.12% to 0.2%. (emphasis added)
The Guardian goes on to say, “The study has been interpreted by some to mean we are closer to herd immunity…than expected.“
2. America is already headed for herd immunity
Mass vaccination is unnecessary in a population that has naturally achieved herd immunity to a pathogen. This is when enough people have developed natural immunity to a pathogen that it no longer poses a major threat of infecting and killing large numbers of people. In an extensive interview with Del Bigtree on The Highwire,Epidemiologist Knut Wittkowski, PhD. stated if we hadn’t instated social distancing the COVID-19 crisis would have been over by now.
Dr. Wittkowski did say there was enough concern to quarantine and lock down countries, but only at the beginning of the crisis because we did not know what to expect. However now that we have the data he claims we need to end the lock downs immediately.
There is no evidence anywhere in the world showing that social distancing has helped this epidemic at all, according to Dr. Wittkowski. Rather there is evidence that social distancing may be slowing down the development of herd immunity. Wittkowski states we should have only isolated the elderly and the vulnerable and that none of the anti-social prohibition we have been doing has any effect other than broadening the curve of infection, which ultimately has put more people at risk. While we have all been told we must flatten the curve, as an epidemiologist Dr. Wittkowski says flattening actually lengthens the amount of time an infection will be widely transmitted, and thus leads to more people falling ill. He also states we did not need to flatten the curve to avoid overwhelming our hospital systems.
Astonishingly Dr. Wittkowski says no epidemiologists were involved in making decisions to lock down countries; only doctors and virologists. This is crucial as doctors know how to treat infections and virologists know the details of how viruses behave. However neither are experts in how viruses spread in a population as epidemiologists such as Wittkowski are.
Dr. Wittkowski says he would take a coronavirus vaccine if it were proven safe, effective and necessary within the next year or two. However he doesn’t understand why anyone is waiting for a vaccine to return society back to normal as it will take a year or longer for a vaccine to be available. He does not see why anyone could fathom society being shutdown for an entire year. “Humans are social beings” says the doctor. “They need to interact with others.” With gun purchases having reached the highest rates ever in human history, Dr. Wittkowski is worried we may soon see people getting shot for trivial things such as not wearing masks. 3. Effective treatments for COVID-19 are being suppressed
The most effective treatment against COVID-19 that has no risks or side effects appears to be high doses of intravenous vitamin C. Richard Gale and Dr. Gary Null report the following:
(In early March, 2020), China is conducting several clinical trials with intravenous Vitamin C to treat patients infected with the Covid19 strain. The city government of Shanghai is now actively treating patients with intravenous Vitamin C. A trial at Zhongnan Hospital in Wuhan is using 24,000 mg per day intravenously. Neither intravenous vitamin C or Chloroquine have been included as part of the protocol for treating coronavirus infection and COVID-19 in the United States.
Why?
4. We’ve been lied to by those who will benefit financially from a vaccine
The #1 promoter of a coronavirus vaccine is Bill Gates. As the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is racing to develop a vaccine, it is also funding a study to see if Chloroquine is effective in treating infection from the novel coronavirus. That study claims it is testing Chloroquine against an “inert placebo,” however they have chosen vitamin Cas the “inert placebo.”
This is scientific fraud!
As already mentioned in this article, vitamin C is currently proving in clinical trials to be an effective treatment against coronavirus infection. The study setup and funded by the Gates Foundation is clearly designed to falsely show Chloroquine is not as effective by using a fake placebo (vitamin C) that actually has a benefit on the infection they are testing for! A placebo should never have any positive or negative impact on a study. Even highschool chemistry students know this!
Joining Gates in perpetrating public health policy fraud appears to be Dr. Anthony Fauci. Attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently dropped a bombshell regarding Fauci reported at True Pundit, which many are already speculating will result in litigation:
Bobby Kennedy Jr. dropped a bombshell on the Thomas Paine Podcast, detailing an apparent agreement between the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the Bill Gates-backed pharmacuetical company that has the best chance at this point of securing lucrative contracts for a national coronavirus vaccine…That puts your government in bed with Big Pharma and Gates and could pay as much as 50 percent of the profits to the NIH, the parent agency that employs Dr. Anthony Fauci — who again — is lobbying for the vaccine. Does Fauci get a cut of the bounty too? Or has he already been cut in?
So Fauci’s employer, the NIH, (and perhaps Fauci himself) is positioned to profit massively from every sale of coronavirus vaccine. Is that a conflict of interest? Could this possibly influence the guidance the public has received from Fauci and the NIH?
There is plenty of evidence showing Fauci has worked to worsen the COVID-19 crisis, not lessen it. As previously mentioned the NIH conducted a study in 2005 showing that Chloroquine was a “potent inhibitor” of coronavirus infection; yet Fauci and the NIH have not allowed Chloroquine to be used as one of the protocols for treating it! In fact the NIH didn’t even begin a new clinical study into Chloroquine until the COVID-19 crisis had peaked in America. Fauci said coronavirus was “nothing to worry about” in the US all the way up until March 5th, when the crisis was already rapidly building. He got that wrong, which we can say might happen to anyone. But coupling that with him hiding that the NIH knew Chloroquine was a “potent inhibitor” of the coronavirus infection for over 15 years while also helping to sideline the treatment is outrageous! A criminial investigation needs to be launched into the activities of Dr. Anthony Fauci and the NIH.

Just a glimpse at Fauci’s actions since the COVID-19 crisis began shows he may have been working to worsen the crisis, which will help promote the production and use of a vaccine, which in turn will benefit and profit Fauci’s employer, the NIH. If vitamin C and/or Chloroquine became the standard protocols for treating coronavirus infection, there would be little-to-no need for a vaccine.
5. No one knows how to make a safe & effective coronavirus vaccine
The top vaccinologists in the world are saying a coronavirus vaccine is likely to be very dangerous, and perhaps impossible to create.
According to Immunologist Ian Frazer, co-inventor of the HPV vaccine, “At the moment we don’t know how to make a coronavirus vaccine work. That’s why there are 100 vaccines under testing using every conceivable approach. We don’t know if any of them will work.”
According to Dr. Paul Offit, inventor of the rotavirus vaccine, a coronavirus vaccine has the potential to be very dangerous. “An example is the dengue vaccine. When it was tested in Latin America and Philippines, it was found to actually increase your risk of dengue shock syndrome. Children who were less than 9 years of age, who had never been exposed to the virus before, were actually more likely to be hurt by the vaccine than helped by it. Now, you only knew that from doing large clinical trials with tens of thousands of people.”
Dr. Peter Hotez – whose work producing vaccines is funded by Bill Gates – shares Offit’s concerns and recently testified in front of Congress saying effectively the exact same thing as Offit. “One of the things that we are not hearing a lot about is the unique potential safety problem of coronavirus vaccines. What happens with certain types of respiratory virus vaccines is you get immunized and then when you get actually exposed to the virus you get this kind of paradoxical immune enhancement phenomenon.”
Immune enhancement means the vaccine enhances the danger of the virus, allowing the virus to enter a host more efficiently and replicate much faster. Even Dr. Anthony Fauci himself has admitted this is a huge problem for coronavirus vaccine development. You can watch Fauci say precisely this at 3:20 in the following brilliant video compiled by Children’s Health Defense:
Despite all of this, the Federal Government has already indemnified 3 of the experimental coronavirus vaccines before we know if they are safe and effective. That means if they come to market, and they hurt or kill you, the pharmaceutical company cannot be held liable.
Vaccination is not the solution to the COVID-19 situation we find ourselves in today. What is the solution is having public health officials in positions of power that desire to truly help the public at large. Rather today we find ourselves led by Dr. Anthony Fauci who has worked in his position for over 3 decades with compromising ties to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Those ties seem to be causing active suppression of effective treatments for the COVID-19 crisis in order to gain profit and power through a potential vaccination program which many pro-vaccine scientists are warning could be quite dangerous.
