Join Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, and thousands of your fellow New Yorkers on Wednesday, January 8, in Albany, the first day of the 2020 legislative session. It is highly unlikely there will be any votes on any bills that day, but we need to be there to be heard and seen, and we need to keep it up until we restore our rights. There are literally dozens of bills that threaten you and your family. We need to fight hard to stop them.

   The drug industry is insatiable. There are bills coming to force HPV Merck’s Gardasil and annual flu shots on our children, they want to take parents completely out of the picture with bills allowing giving vaccines and drugs to children without parental knowledge or consent.  Eighty percent of success is just showing up, for your children’s sake show up.

     Here are the most threatening bills:

  1. A973a/S3899a (Paulin-D/Krueger-D), Allows vaccines and drugs to prevent sexually-transmitted diseases to be given to minors without parental consent
  2. A2316/ S2276, (Dinowitz-D/Hoylman-D)  Mandates influenza vaccines for persons attending daycare, pre-k, and K-12
  3. A2912/ S298b, (Paulin-D/Hoylman-D)  Mandates Merck’s Gardasil vaccine for HPV Provides for all children born after January 1, 2009
  4. A6564c / S4244c, (Fahy-D/Krueger-D) Permits giving any child who is at least fourteen years of age any vaccine without parental knowledge or consent

     On the evening of  Tuesday, 6:30 pm, January 7 join us at the Governor’s Mansion, 138 Eagle Street, Albany , Ny 12202,  bring flahlights and signs focusing on the corruption between our elected officials and the drug companies pushing this agends. 

    From 9-11 am we will be demonstrating at the Albany office of one of the world’s largest drug and vaccine companies. That’s who is really calling the shots in Albany, not the elected officials.

    At 11 we will have a press conference and speeches with community leaders and Robert F, Kennedy Jr, Chair of Children’s Health Defense, on the “Million Dollar Staircase” inside the Capitol Building. Allow plenty of time to get through security.

    At 1:30 Gov. Andrew Cuomo will be delivering his annual State of the State Address in the Empire State Convention Center across the street from the Capitol. It is too late to get a ticket for the speech, but we will be outside exercising out right to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

     You need also to make appointments to see your Assemblymember and State Senator in Albany on January 8. If they are not available meet with a staffer. Be polite when you call, and if you don’t know who they are look them up here.

Fed Up Dem’s Top 10 Reports of 2019

I started this blog on April 14, 2019 as an activist tool to organize letters and information for lobbying representatives in Albany, NY on vaccine legislation. It has been very inspiring to see my blog reach 442,491 total views from mid-April till the end of 2019. This report presents the top 10 most-read reports from my blog during that time period.

This was my first report to break into 10’s of thousands of views. Something about this one strikes a nerve with people. I learned of Annabel Morin’s tragic death when RFK Jr. met her mother at the Autism One Conference of 2019 and posted a brief summary of this tragic story on social media.

The headline of this one sounds like a joke, but sadly it isn’t. This came from a report by Richard Gale & Gary Null that was focused more on Wikipedia than Google. One of the things I am good at is spotting a buried lead from the great doctors, authors and researchers in the Health Freedom movement.

It was really nice to see this report on the great Dr. Theresa Deisher get shared so widely across the internet. I love promoting the work & genius of the world’s greatest & bravest minds – Dr. Deisher certainly is one of them.

Again all I did here was catch a buried lead. The fact that Merck was pumping it’s stock price by bragging they were going to mandate Gardasil all across the globe was never secret, it just wasn’t widely known. Eileen Iorio, coauthor of The HPV Vaccine on Trial made that clear to me and pointed out that this information was covered in her landmark book.

This was a simple post announcing RFK Jr. & Children’s Health Defense were moving forward with a lawsuit against Governor Cuomo and the state of New York for repealing the religious exemption to vaccination. Rita Palma was the first to break this news. I just happened to see it on her Facebook page very quickly. Once I made it a blog post with a photo and a permanent link that was simple to post on any-and-all social media platforms, it was referenced quite a few times.

This is a chilling report about how Vaccine Choice and Health Freedom are ultimately local issues. The way the Connetquot school district handled this situation is frightening and seems to foreshadow what our dystopian future of health tyranny may look like. The only way I caught this information was by watching Rita Palma’s Facebook live when unvaccinated children were walking into Connetquot High School. She spoke to a mother who told of what I call “Vaccine Police” coming to her door in uniform with yellow security lights flashing on their cars. If it wasn’t for Rita and her amazing activism none of us would have ever heard about this.

This report was inspired by https://vaxreacts.com/vaxreacts-new-york-1 that publishes reports of children falling ill from the NY Democrats dangerous vaccine “catch-up” schedule that has no science to suggest it is safe.

This one comes 100% from the brilliant Dr. Larry Palvesky, as he details how none of the 2018/19 measles cases in New York were officially confirmed by the CDC’s recommended standard. My one big regret about this report is that it should have been titled “NY Measles Outbreak Fraud” as the word “hoax” brought some frivolous attacks. But when you are a dad with a blog and no editor, mistakes like that happen.

One of my favorite original reports. David Rudnick is a “fed up democrat” just like I am, struggling to get some headway in a race that the corrupt Cenk Uyger has jumped into. I do not agree with all of Rudnick’s platform, but he is 100% supportive of Vaccine Choice and Health Freedom and therefore I support his bid for Congress.

A hope for the future that religious freedom will return to the state of New York, just as it is enshrined in our state and national constitutions. I first heard of this from an email blast by John Gilmore of Autism Action Network. My only regret with this report is that I didn’t publish it with a photo of the bill’s sponsor, Republican Assemblyman David DiPietro.

Children’s Health Defense posted a link to this report on their Facebook page. This was my first of many reports on the events that Curtis Cost has been hosting in Harlem, NYC. I’ve done so much coverage of these events and the participants in them there is a section of this website called “Harlem World” that you can access from the navigation at the top of the blog. The Harlem Vaccine Forum was the most important Vaccine Choice Event of 2019. It scared the crap out of the mainstream media leading to multiple controversies and attempts to keep Black & White people divided.

The realities surrounding this may play a big role in causing the Democrats to lose control of the NY Senate in 2020, and possibly making #AnyoneButAndrew a reality come 2022.

We need THOUSANDS of people in Albany protesting on January 8, 2020. In the new year it is clear that all roads lead to King Cuomo for taking away more of our rights to have autonomy over our children’s bodies. INFO ON JAN 8th:

1.) There is a large parking garage right when you get into Albany from the thruway that is about $10 for the day. You can walk to the LOB/ Cap and our place of protest at 9 am from here. There is also metered parking on street and several other garages within walking distance of the Legislative Office Building and the Capitol Building. Budget 20 minutes or so for parking and the walk.

2.) The Capitol Building and Legislative Office Building are right across the street from each other. These are where all the reps are; the LOB is a box and easy to navigate and there are signs/ directories everywhere. The Cap is not, but just ask the guy at the desk where to go. I have been going there for years and I still haven’t quite figured out the Capitol Building.

2.) There are places to eat in the complex, but you might want to bring food as you have to go through security to get back into the LOB and Cap (could be long) if you eat at one of the quick food places in the Concourse. Bring a water bottle and you can refill at the legislative offices- they all have water and YOU pay for it. Backpacks work great and offer hands free protesting!

3.) If you bring a megaphone, understand that it may be confiscated. Don’t carry anything that could be construed as a weapon- scissors etc.

4.) Bring a battery charger.

5.) I leave me coat at my Assemblyman’s office because he is nice and a coat is a pain in the neck to lug around.

6.) Wear something white- a scarf, hat- it’s up to you.

JUST SO ALL REALIZE- THIS IS OUR BUILDING AND WE ARE FREE TO VISIT EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST VISIT- UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PUBLIC BUILDING. If they try to tell you differently, ask, “What law am I breaking?”

January 3, 2020 — Curtis Cost, author of Vaccines are Dangerous has information coming from sources inside the New York State Education Department stating that PrEP drugs for HIV are currently being prescribed to children without parental knowledge or consent, and that Black & Latino communities are being targeted.

This isn’t surprising, and it is technically – barely – “legal” by the skin of King Cuomo’s teeth. Cost messaged me the below information on New Years Eve of 2019, which helps to confirm all of my reporting on this issue over the past year, including:

New York schools are ALREADY giving children HIV drugs without parental knowledge or consent!!!

I was speaking with a person this morning who told me her sources within the New York State public school system were saying that the schools have already started giving children HIV drugs without parental consent or knowledge!

She said this was being done especially in poor Latino communities where the level of English is limited as well as in poor African-American communities. She offered to write something about this so long as she and her sources could remain anonymous. In my book: Vaccines Are Dangerous, The first chapter is devoted to why the HIV drugs are so dangerous and even deadly! I know very well the horrific implications of giving this drug to children.

As fate would have it, as soon as I got off the phone with her, I checked my email and to my utter shock Fed Up Democrat just posted a story on exactly what we were talking about! His report reveals that children in New York State are in fact being given HIV drugs and others without parental consent or knowledge in the absence of any law authorizing this!  

I did not plan on writing anything like this on New Year’s Eve, but this is so explosive and important that I felt I had to put this out immediately. Please share this with your networks.

Twitter Censors Fed Up Dem Over King Cuomo Tweet

January 1, 2020 – On New Year’s Eve of 2019 Twitter immediately censored a tweet of mine promoting a report titled, “Cuomo Vaxxing & Drugging Kids With No Parental Knowledge.” Eileen Iorio informed me of this when she went to view the tweet and couldn’t – she received the above message stating:

What is “sensitive” about my tweet? That it made truthful allegations against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo? Here is the tweet that is being censored:

Twitter seems to be fronting for Cuomo and Big Pharma just like Facebook is.

Cuomo recently wrote a public statement telling Facebook to remove “deceptive advertisements” on Facebook that question the safety and efficacy of PrEP drugs, which are alleged to prevent transmission of HIV. He called the ads “unwarranted and unacceptable,” however he never named any specific ads or content. You can read Cuomo’s statement at the governor’s website:

Facebook did remove many of the ads.

Some of those advertisements were for lawsuits against the PrEP drug manufacturer, which are currently being litigated in court. The class-action lawsuits are using ads to find people who took PrEP drugs and suffered specific side effects, many of which are listed on the manufacturers package insert.

This comes right as Cuomo is a huge supporter of passing a law to allow children to be vaccinated and given PrEP at school without parental knowledge or consent. In 2017 Cuomo signed a “regulation” allowing children to receive PrEP at school without parental knowledge or consent. That regulation is illegal, and Cuomo needs a law to validate the insane regulation he, and he alone, was responsible for.

Can we see a conflict of interest here?

Of course Cuomo asked Facebook to take down ads promoting valid lawsuits against PrEP – it could stop the legislation that he wants that will retroactively make his illegal regulation from 2017 “legal.”
